gym was gross, didn't have much equipment, and the employees didn't know how to perform the job and had no management to help so I had to walk the lady through her own job all the way from hello to have a nice day...
membership experience: employees practically non existent and so I never got my initial tour, equipment was difficult to use and they only had the bad equipment that you should avoid using... my home gym turned out to be better equipt..
equipment didn't appear to be cleaned, dispite not having the basics, it was obvious a lot of money was waisted in the building...
present experience:
I asked to cancel my membership as I recently moved and was blindsided by the assistant manager Morgan farrel who was really rude, telling me only "I needed to submit a request in writing..." so I asked her for her email address and kindly emailed a request of termination. Morgan farrel replied that she would grant my request, but not before charging me a $200 early cancellation fee that I had not been informed about when singing up with the club I told them I wanted a month to month membership but the employee had no idea what she was doing and management was no where to be seen so I didn't pay much attention too the contract however in the contract it states I should only have to pay $50 because I provided proof of a legitimate change of address and Morgan farrel agreed I was correct and charged me again another $50 and then charged me for several more months of membership that I had not used and denied knowledge of what refund I am requesting!
Morgan farrel and the canyons athletic club are deceptive, fraudulent, thieving antagonists and I am sick of them personally harassing/stealing from me
Post edit: thanks, I agree that it was your mistake not to charge me for the first month amongst several later instances it would seam very standard decency to not charge me for your mistakes postpartum...
The fact that on the phone and by email your staff harassed me so bad, but its only after I posted the photos of the emails and only publicly as a response to my review agree that it was your mistake...
That is exactly the kind of establishment your running right there!
