This gym is a great place to exercise. It isn't crowded and everyone is so friendly. If you are looking for a personal training session, I would suggest any of the trainers as they are knowledgeable and friendly.

Started out here for muscle damaged by West Nile. Karsyn, Dalcy and Alice have really helped me. As personal trainers they are encouraging. Its been 3 years and my progress has been measurable. I love that I am stronger, more flexible and so much healthier

Apex is such a welcoming and warm environment! It's members consist of a wide age group. One thing I love about going to Apex is that the other members recognize you, and it gives motivation to keep going back. The staff are all extremely friendly and personal. You can tell that they love their jobs, and care about all of their clients and members. If I was given the choice between Apex and another gym in Billings, Apex will always have my vote!
