Finger entry to the building does not work all the time. All members cuss at it as they walk in. Will staying outside fighting at 4 a.m. in 4 degree weather for longer than I want to admit in the mornings. If other members let you in because your fingerprint is not working or because it is cold they will suspend both fingerprints until you both can make it in there during hours they have an employee available and that is exactly what they did to my 15yr old son and I. And depending on where you work may mean taking vacation. This could all be solved simply with just a key fob key like Anytime Fitness or the YMCA uses. Young employees seem to not understand having a job where you cannot easily take off in the middle of the day. Also they do not issue refunds if you want to cancel your membership.
Went and spoke to them, apologized and they let us back in they said they would issue us a code, code was not issued, call back apologized again got the code issue. Used it the next day work fine, following day did not work at all stood at the door and called both numbers on the sign one number didn't answer the other number did, the number that answered made me apologize for letting my son in and then proceeded to get on to me about this Google review told me it didn't seem fair to him and I spent eight minutes on the phone with him at 4 something a.m. I explained to him that's just how I felt. He notified me that at the end of my membership that I've already paid for they won't not let me renew. He says it's not over the Google review but because I apologize 4x over letting my son in that is also a member I can't see what else it would be at this point. To harass someone like this is ridiculous. I apologized the first time the fourth time seems harsh I just want to workout and I don't want to stand outside at 4 AM.
Also thier response says I let nonmembers in and that is not true just my 15yr old and I would let each other in and WE ARE SORRY! And if it's on cam look over my son and I go straight to the same two ellipticals every morning. We are not from here and know no one yet. Also I posted my response from your parking lot after coming in to apologized for the second time, so that part of your response is also false. Also they did not contact me I had to show up at 4am to be locked out. Your response on here sounds like your going to be vendictive to my son and I for posting our experience.
Also if they would have just talked to me and accepted my first apology I would not have given a bad review, I would have just felt bad for putting them in that position to of had to call.
Long story short they kicked my 15 yr old son out and told me "they guessed I could finish my membership" but I only workout with my son so I never went back.
Also their equipment is not new or even close. It's old and used. The elliptical has a port to charge an iPhone 1.
