My 2 kiddos (5 and 10) went in for the intro class. Ryan was their trainer. He was very patient and explained everything. The kids loved it and cant wait to go back.

I LOVE this gym! If I lived closer I would be there all the time. The owner and staff are all amazing. I've never had as much fun as an adult as I have had at this place. The experience will make you feel encouraged and motivated no matter what level you are at.

I'm so used to the gymnastics open gyms, so when I tried it here, I didn't know what to expect. The gym was great for improving my parkour and freerunning tricks. Will come again.

If you have ever wanted to try the American Ninja Warrior course, then check this place out. Very clean and well maintained. The instructors are very helpful. It is kid friendly too. I took my 7 year old daughter and she loved it. She asked if she could have her next birthday party there. I recommend it!

Wow such a cool place! Every member of the staff is super friendly. Don't be fooled into thinking this is a place just for kids or that it's only a place for adults it's a great mix for both. We've done several classes and each class has had young kids older kids and adults and it's always a great workout. Anytime I have stopped in here and had a question the staff has been extremely helpful knowledgeable. It's definitely worth checking out.

My 11 year old loves to work out. Feels comfortable at the gym, has tons of fun while getting a great workout. Definitely recommend for kids of all ages. Staff is super helpful, great with kids

Nice facility and great activities, but for OLDER kids. My 6 year old couldn't do half of the stuff they showed him in the intro class and he is decently athletic. I would have given 4 stars, but the trainer, although very nice, seemed to have gotten pretty distracted at the end of our session talking to his buddies who came in. I got no information about exactly what the classes consist of because I didn't feel like interrupting him.

Kor is one of the most fun, and challenging gyms around. The staff there really goes out of their way to help you achieve things that you cannot do. I always look forward to going to Kor for a real workout.

The trainers here are awesome! Some are actual competitors on American Ninja Warrior. Great group of people. Good facility. And a heck of a workout. I was wrecked (in a good way) for several days after my first workout. Its a blast. I look forward to trying out a Parkour class soon.

Absolutely love this place. When you walk in the door, you make instant friends. The staff and regulars are super helpful and encouraging. I can already tell this place is helping me get stronger. They have some great equipment and they update it regularly which is fun. This place is a challenge for sure but I love it. I love that it is a places for kids and adults. Come by and try it out- you won't regret it.

I went to Kor for the first time a few months back and took their introduction course. It was a great experience and I learned a lot. I have been back a couple times since and each time I have been greeted by a friendly staff who tries their best to help you improve in anyway possible. Come check it out, you won't regret it!

I've been to Kor Komplex a few times. Every time I've been there everyone is super nice and the place is the best for honing your ninja warrior skills. The trainers are top notch and they are always willing to help out if you have any questions. If you haven't tried out their intro class you need to. Great for adults and kids to train or just workout. I'm planning on going back many times. Hands down the best ninja warrior training facility in the area.

I have been wanting to try this place for over a year and I was finally able to take my 10 year old son last week. What an amazing place and workout! The trainers were fantastic and this is a fun place for all ages. The trainers were great with the kiddos and there are so many different obstacles to keep their interests. I had an absolute blast as well and will definitely be back in the future.

Every one there was friendly and made it easy to go in and have fun without being judged and everyone is willing to give advice and help when needed. The trainer kyle I had made it really easy to understand not one but multiple techniques on each obstacle. The owner is also a great guy and seems to have fun with his gym and the guest that come in. Definitely a good place to get a good excercise in while having fun and challenging yourself.

We bought a ten pack of visits at the start of the summer. Our two boys love this place. Warped walls, salmon ladders, winged nuts, rock climbing walls, balance beams, parkour, etc. If your kids love Ninja Warrior, they will love this place. They have a nice free weight setup in the back, I was able to get a good workout in doing the obstacles and weights while my kids played. My kids did a week long camp and had a blast with their instructor Chris. He was great with the kids!

KōR is an amazing ninja warrior facility not only for adults but kids as well!!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to give suggestions!!!!! A great place to get in shape for the whole family!!! My 7 year old took a summer camp in 2015 and we have been coming back ever since! We cannot get enough of KōR or the wonderful staff!!!

Kor Komplex is the best American Ninja Warrior gym around. The staff is highly educated and very experienced. Kor is a safe place for people of all ages and levels of experience. They offer a wide range of classes taught by the best! I highly recommend anyone in the area to check this place out especially for the Ninja course! You cannot go to St. Charles without stopping by this gym!

When I was visiting Kor for the first I didn't know what to expect. I took an introduction class and I was very impressed. The instructor was very professional. Was educated on saftey. The whole staff is very friendly. They work great with children especially. Such a positive environment and so many great programs they offer!

Kor Komplex has been and is an amazing place. My son wanted to try training similar to ANW and this place was it. The employees are very attentive to the skills of their students and often go above and beyond the typical class instructor role. They will work one on one and encourage their students to keep pushing and keep working. I know my son's confidence has grown due to the encouragement of the staff. Andrew in particular has been amazing. Thank you Kor!
