Love this gym and the fact that I can take my daughter with me! They have a family room where your kids can play and a track that you can push your stroller on. Not many Posts allow this and I can't tell you how grateful I am for it!

This place is great. The cardio room is first date. If only the sauna were working again. The winter time is when you need it most. It's a shame too many people are ignorant about a dry sauna. They keep shorting it out by pouring water on the rocks.

I frequently work out at Davidson. The staff tries to accommodate everyone's needs within reason. During summertime the center is very quiet. Wintertime it is incredibly busy, so you have to adjust your schedule accordingly. Early mornings it is filled with PT groups. Parking can become a premium. Once a month DFC and MWR have a fun run for the whole family. Pool lap swim can be intense with multiple swimmers per lane during the winter months. Staff works hard to keep the facility clean with exception to the indoor pool and pool locker rooms. The pool facility is NEVER clean so be prepared to move to another locker room at DFC to shower and change or deal with the filth of the natatorium and its locker rooms. NOTE: pool patrons have routinely filled out ICE comment cards and complained to pool staff about the deplorable conditions with no results from pool management, MWR higher management, garrison, or preventive medicine. The gym itself is clean and the gym staff works hard to maintain a clean and healthly environment in which to exercise.

Separate work out rooms pretty clean and lots of gym space however the weight room leaves allot to be desired it fills up quick and nobody goes to the gym to stand around waiting. They desspritley need double the dumbells or at least a few sets of adjustables and a few more benches.

This is a very good gym. Has a lot to offer. Better than most of the military gyms I have been to around the world. Has an indoor track with all the necessary weight and cardio equipment. Has a full basketball court for multiple games and I believe they have a pool but not too sure. They have a child area for small children to play as you work out in the same room as them.

I love this gym. I never knew what to expect with a military gym but I'm in love with it. The parking lot is always packed but I never have to wait for anything and I never have to alter my workout due to it being too busy. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Today on the 14th of July. Was playing a friendly game of basketball when the gym police rose the hoops on us 30 minutes prior to the gym closing. Someone left trash and they blamed it on people that had nothing to do with it. People trying to enjoy facilities shouldn't have to deal with that from the staff.
