Signed up for Colaw Fitness today. I was helped by Steven at the desk and was very professional, friendly, and talkative. I found the facility clean and the equipment in good shape. It is small, but should fit my lunch time workout needs. I am concern about the limited restroom and shower facilities. There are no locker room, but rather 4 individual rooms unisex rooms with showers which I have heard can be difficult to access with long waits. Time will tell.

Facility nice and clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. They have really good deals. Music however is really bad. It's an absolute living hell to listen to. Make sure to bring your headphone, your going to need them. Otherwise nice place.
