My family and I all love it here. The workouts are awesome, the classes are a lot of fun and the gym is unique. It is like getting personal training everytime I walk in the door. They have day passes, punch cards and different level memberships. My kids love the ninja warrior type class.

I took martial arts for years with both Liz and Russ and can attest to the fact that they are both dedicated, caring and enthusiastic teachers for fitness, family and fun. I can't imagine better owners for this gym!

Booked a 3rd grade birthday party- absolutely fantastic. Russ was engaging and knowledgeable, and helped all the kids challenge themselves while being safe. So many things to do, they couldn't get bored! Great place to go have fun, or get in a serious workout. Thanks guys!

WOW is all I can say. My 7-year old son has recently started attending Battle Monkeys here. He loves the environment, his peers and the leadership. He has struggled to find an activity where he fits in. He loves to climb and run but loves order, guidance/direction and he loves to be with friends. He has found his home! Came with my wife and some friends last night for my 26th birthday to see if we could do anything without ending up in a cast the next day. I ended up jamming every toe on my left foot in a single fall, but it was so worth it, this place ROCKS! The obstacles are durable, well thought-out, and tremendously fun! Russ was so ridiculously patient with us, giving us advice on several of the obstacles and spotting us outside on the warped wall for nearly an hour! With the combination of ninja obstacles, rock climbing, and free weights, I don't see how this place COULDN'T help meet anyone's personal fitness goals.

I may be a bit bias because I am Liz's mom... but the gym is unique. I know the dedication and abilities of both Liz and Russ. If you are looking for a new gym experience with helpful people and a fun and motivating atmosphere Chaos Course is for you. They will not pressure you to do anything so checking them out can only take a bit of your time and just may change your life.

Was excited to find a down to earth place to take the kids, and maybe do one of the classes, but FOOT FUNGUS happened. Everyone takes their shoes off when they enter, which is a happy fungus thing...Wear socks and watch your toes. The place looks fun, the kids had fun, but ew.

This is such a great place to train! I went in for a free consultation and was impressed by the options available to train, the classes, and how welcoming Liz and Russ (the owners) were. I came back the next week and did some obstacle training with some of the regulars. They were very welcoming, too, and invited me to run the obstacle course they created. I had a great time and felt very much like part of the gym family. If you want to have a good time, If you want a gym with down to earth people helping you achieve your goals, if you want to be challenged, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it.

This is a place you can feel at home with if you are serious about making a commitment to a better and stronger you. This is a tight knit community of people all supporting one another in all walks of life and all levels of fitness. Unlike other large gyms where people all wear headphones ignoring others, people scream and throw weights just to get attention, or the people that show up to the gym just to pick up a date or to kill time by reading a book; this is a place where everyone gives it their all, is smiling, making friends and can't wait to be back for another workout. The best part of all is that you are constantly setting new goals and working hard to meet them.
