RICHARD IMHOFF HAS HAD YUNE CROSS FIT FOR APPROXIMATELY 7 YEARS. I HAVE FRIENDS THAT HAVE TAKEN CLASSES FROM THEM FOR YEARS. I HAVE ONLY RECENTLY STARTED BUT I REALLY ENJOY THE CHALLENGE ...THE PEOPLE ARE VERY HELPFUL THAT ARE IN THE CLASSES WITH YOU. THEY HAVE TIMES FROM 5.30 A. M. TO 7 P.M. IN THE EVENING... I HAVE REALLY ENJOYED IT SO FAR AND WOULD ENCOURAGE ANY ONE TO TRY IT...1ST TIME IS FREE....

I have been a part of yune crossfit since the beginning, and have taken some time off here and there. The most recent break I took, I didn’t realize how far I let myself fall. It wasn’t until I was trying to get a better job, and the physical showed me how bad off I was. Richard took the time to work with me specifically on things the physical showed me I needed to improve. Here I am a year later, not just a lot of weight down, but I feel better than I have since I was 20 years old. I have battled with gout and blood pressure issues since an early age, and since I have gotten serious about my health with a lot of help with the yune crew, I have had better control over these issues than I have since it all began. Couldn’t be happier to be a part of this gym.

A good while back I had to get three disk fused together in my lower back because of degenerative disk disease. After recovering from the surgery my doctor told me I needed to start strength training. Knowing that a regular gym was not for me I decided to give this place a try. I am not sure how many years I have been going now but I still look forward to walking through those doors.

Seven years ago I walked through the doors, and my life was changed for the better. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The sense of community among the members and the knowledge and understanding of the coaching staff makes this more than a gym-the mindset is all-for-one and one-for-all; we are truly family from the 70 year-olds to the five-year-olds and everything in between. By far the best decision I have ever made when I walked into the door.. being able to see and feel your body transform is daily motivation. So much encouragement from everyone, the constant push and determination from the coaches is amazing! The amount of time I was able to do CrossFit was the best I have ever felt about myself, if my life wasn’t so busy I would still be there to this day! Highly recommend
