The gym has all the equipment you need to build as well as maintain a healthy body. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. There is also a basketball court, several tennis courts, a pool, a sauna, childcare and a hot tub.

Great gym! Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Loads of equipment and they offer a bunch of classes. There's a women's-only room kind of like Curves which is a nice touch. The locker rooms have a dry sauna, whirlpool, and showers.

It's okay. It just always looked like no one has swept the place in a while. Just dust everywhere. If a planet fitness comes in the area... good luck!!

Went to join and do a student membership but apparently since I’m 26 I don’t qualify for the student membership since I’m not under 25. Not really sure why the student age is only for people under the age of 25 when there are students of all ages!

Great neighborhood gym. Well equipped and staffed. Reasonable monthly rates. Going 3 times a week has changed me from a couch potato into a beefcake.

Silver Sneakers program by Humana offered. Tanning bed (extra cost). Locker rooms with sauna and whirlpool. Massage therapy (extra cost). Large pool (seasonal). Clean and well organized. Large selection of group classes available, including spinning, pi-yo, active seniors, step, etc.

Wonderful staff and facility! They have hot tub and sauna and outdoor pool! There are also “lovely ladies at the front to rerack the weights” for the guys who like to lift heavy but not put them back LOL! Best quote in The Gym.
