I may not visit this place like I should but when I do, the staff is friendly. Wanda one of the personal trainers is definitely the motivation I needed to get back on track. Money well spent.

Everything seemed to be going well. I was in the process of trying to get myself back into shape and Edge was the first gym I tried. I signed up and explained to them during the process that I wished to not be autobilled because this was only a trial. So I liked their facilities and all and was going to continue to comeback until I went on vacation and noticed that one of my accounts were in overdraft and Edge Fitness was the cause. I talked to my bank for thirty minutes and got it squared away, and was still gonna continue to do business with them despite them going against my wishes. However, hey persisted to call me as if I owed them so I decided I’d find another gym. Then they started to text and come to find out they did have me in the red and stated that I had to pay for not only th month of July but August as well even though I Haden’t been since June. I was so disappointed with them and even more with Wanda bc she seemed so nice when I used to workout however, she was very rude and not understanding on the phone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The staff do a great job keeping this place super clean. The owners are super friendly and make you feel at home. I hate working out, but I love coming to this place because of the staff and owners. Highly recommend!

Heaven forbid you're late on a payment. They start charging you the same day your money is due instead of on the tenth day as stated in the contract. First late fee was 19.50 now it's $5 more a day after that which is ridiculous and how they probably make their money because there is never anyone in office when you actually need to dispute this. I'm sure I'm not the only one being scammed on this.

Was great until the boxing gym came in. Now there are people hanging out in the parking lot, sitting in their cars. I saw a kid and a dad and the kid was leaning on my car. My wife already left because she didn't feel safe walking out to her car after dark with people sitting in cars. I'll probably leave next. After staff leaves the boxing people are letting all kinds of people in.

I have given this place a year to see if things would change but it hasn't. I started out at the Edge in Hernando which is GREAT! However, the Southaven location is HORRIBLE! Half the time my key card doesn’t work – I’m not sure if they have system issues or if the box where you scan in is being TAPED to the wall causes issues. There are maybe 4 classes – sometimes. But worst of all is how disgusting it is in the women’s bathroom! While most people probably do not use the facilities to their full potential and therefore do not care, I go to the gym and then to work which means Id at least like to shower. With the two shower options, one doesn’t have cold water (scalding hot water only) and the other one (which is functional most of the time) is so gross I feel like I’m at the showers at Sardis. There are bugs EVERYWHERE (including inside the light covers), spider webs in every corner; no paper towels EVER and stains all over the walls and in the toilets. Once I realized how bad the bathroom was I started paying attention to the gym area and it doesn’t get much better. If they don’t scrub a toilet or dust railings ever so often … I seriously doubt the clean the machines at all. I have canceled with them.

Decent gym. Their 24 hours is one of their biggest amenities. They have all the stuff you need to do a full workout. Just lacks some of the extra equipment a bigger gym would have

It's a small gym but it's 24/7 which is a huge help for me early in the morning when I have to be up anyway. The manager and people that work there are fit and know what they're talking about. The younger guy is huge and insanely strong powerlifter. They understand the heavy lifting and loud noises that multiple plates make during a workout. Even though it's small it's so relaxing to know that you can workout to your max and you won't be judged for slamming weights or dropping them like at planet fitness. I love it
