Great Crossfit gym, I started with Heather Perry 5 years ago . I became a CFL1 instructor over 2 years ago. I love our positive and encouraging atmosphere. Came here a year ago from a regular gym and realized this is so much more than working out. It is movement mechanics and mobility that is coached to each individual and I have learned so much in one year about weightlifting properly and gymnastic skills through progression at my own pace. All of the coaches want to help you make progress and all of the other members accept you immediately. I am in the 5am class and its great for my schedule. I love it!

Awesome CrossFit gym! Thanks to this awesome experience I would probably never step into a regular gym again. The trainers are very good, they give you pointers on proper form and don't rush you thru lifting heavier. The members are very involved and they made me feel welcome from day one. The environment is very encouraging and would recommend to any new person who is willing to put in the work!

This is a great gym. I moved here from Texas and everyone made me feel right at home off the bat. They have great workout and the folks get together to eat and sometimes go out and are very welcoming.

EBCF has a great community of athletes with a wide distribution of abilities. The coaches are all approachable and care about teaching correct technique and scaling workouts to e sure each athlete gets the correct stimulus and avoid injury. The programming works. You will get fit.
