This place is so great that me and my husband joined together. They have a great plan that starts at $29 but the basic member plan starts at $9 if you served in the military this is a great place for you.they have a training counseling on site to help you and great spin classes plus, Zumba class is available. Plus the equipment is top of the line. You got to visit!!!!!

My friend brought me here on a pass since she is a member. It was sparkling clean, all the pertinent equipment and a very positive atmosphere, the issue was I was looking for aquatic exercise and I wanted to pay one lump sum cash amount to cover 6 months and the guy said they didn’t do that lol. It truly reminds me of the planet fitness places as far as equipment, but they have great classes here though that my friend still attends.

Staff is great, very clean and well maintained. **Update** They are no longer a 24 hour facility. This was a big factor in myself and a lot of others getting memberships. Disappointed in the change since it was marketed as a 24 hour facility only to be changed mid way through 1st year.

Very disappointing operating hours. This company should be ashamed of it's lack in member loyalty, charging existing members the same amount of money as it did when it was 24/7 access. Moreover, downgrading will cause existing members to pay an additional yearly fee. That's some customer loyalty isn't it? Won't wave the fee you may have just paid. At least look out for your members who have been here 6+ months. Furthermore, the change in operating hours hit several people by surprise as it was not made well known unless you happened to see printer paper stuck to the door or on the counter in the mix with everything else the gym had posted. ... As far as gym equipment, excellent, and the place is very clean, well lit. Many great staff members. Will be switching to a family gym in diamonhead with steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and an indoor heated multi lane lap pool!!!

Friendly staff and this location doesn't get as crowded as the Planet Fitness in Gulfport. The only complaint I have is that cable weights in the back near the locker rooms need to be check to see if they are even working properly. They seem so much heavier then other gyms I have used and even the other cable weights next to them.

If I could give this place no stars and leave a review I would. First of all we were all told in Feb. When we signed up that it would be open by April. April gets here still not open....may gets here still not open...June gets here finally open June 8th. That is bad customer service to begin with. If u don't know when it will open should have just said u didnt know....now I have been asking for my money back since May 15th and still havent gotten a refund....I called again today and the lady told me the manager said It had something to do with my card.....AND I NEVER RECIEVED A PHONE CALL. IF MY MONEY COULDN'T BE PUT ON MY CARD SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME! I AM LIVID NOW! I will be going to another gym and taking my money else where! I have worked in customer service for 16 years and this is just poor customer service!!!

Can't wait for this location to open. Crunch gyms offer something for everyone. I'm really excited about the small group training and group classes. They are always up to date and different than any other class you have taken. The location is going to be perfect!

So excited to have Crunch . Love the gym . Everyone is very friendly. The highlight of my membership is training with Xavier . I’ve trained with other trainers in the past and he is definitely one of my favorites. It’s a joy to work out with him . He pushes me in a way that I don’t even notice how hard i’ m working .
