Perfect rainy day escape. Easily reserve time slot online and cheap for an hour. We will be back.

Attended a kids birthday here. Very fun, kids had a great time. Facility is smaller than I imagined but they maximize the space. Clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Kind of a neat adult training area as well, lots of tough obstacles.

This isn't the best Conquer Ninja location, as it is their first and smallest gym, but it's the closest to us. And being a member here gives us access to all other Conquer Ninja locations when we have time to drive there. The staff is great with kids and they have food options in the same building. Cost and open gym hours seem to be the best of all the "ninja gyms" I know of.

Great spot for kids parties 1 hour will wear the kids down a bit!

Can't wait for them to get one closers to maple grove. Saving 1 star due to none close to us

My little one loves to watch Ninja Warrior on TV. This place is very kid friendly and everything seems safe enough for them to run around. There are also some things that are fun for the adults. The price also seemed very fair, spending an hour doing some of the obstacles is more than enough to tire you out. I would go back there again or have a birthday party there. Very glad I gave it a try. My only complaint is that the size of the place is a little small. It is still bit and full of obstacle courses but sometimes they feel a little crammed together.

“We love all the conquer gyms !!!! Love the confidence and the strength determination and focus of the staff and of kayla :) can not wait to renew our membership in July!”

Andre Cvitanich

Fun place to practice

By far the best place for Ninja Warrior obstacles in the Twin Cities! They have both kid friendly and adult sized obstacles to challenge all skill sets. If you are looking for a fun new way to get a great workout in, or just want to have an afternoon of fun with friends and family, this is the place to do it!

Kelly Smith

Billed for over a years worth of membership after cancellation (over $1000). Zero refuned. Do not use auto pay.

Cindy Boldenow

Lot's of fun for all ages looking for a ninja warrior challenge

Michael Kollar

Friendly staff and great for birthday parties.

Jon Gubbels

Beats anything you'll do at the gym! This was an amazing experience and the staff there were very patient and helpful. It may look easy on TV but holy cow this is a lot tougher than you think. There's a lot of different obstacles and activities that you can do depending on your physical ability and comfort level. I will be back for sure to conquer that wall again!

The coaching is great and my very tall 11 year old daughter has finally found her sport. She loved gymnastics when she was younger and she enjoys the gymnastic type work along with the challenge of "conquering" moves she doubted she'd be able to do. Great for self esteem building! Would love to see more of the kids cheering each other on...especially encouraging boys to cheer on the girls and vice versa!

What a great atmosphere to be in! Low key, but high energy! Don't be afraid to fall, the instructors are always willing to help.

Small, dirty

My kids (8 and 10) loved the "ninja gym" and are already asking when we can go back! The online reservation system is super easy to use and I highly recommend it.

Staff is awesome. Sara was a great help for newbies. Be back soon!!

Just a meh. Small, dark, dingy and not a lot going on any time we've gone. Kid was super excited with the prospect of doing all the stuff she sees on the show. The excitement wore of quickly, to the point we had to fight hard to continuing going (even though I paid the exorbitant membership fees while being restricted to a few times a week). If it wasn't for a few friends going, we probably wouldn't have lasted much more than a month. It's been 4. The website sucks and the membership tier costs are not explained well. Then to make matters worse, they require you physically come into the place to cancel your membership. Seems like a crock as they are very willing to sign you up/take your money over the phone, but "unfortunately not" able to do the inverse over the phone. That's just a shady business practice. There is no logical reason to not allow cancellation over the phone. This place simply doesn't want to do it because they're relying on people to get busy and not make it in before the deadline and presto, you're charged yet another $75 for another month.

My 6 and 8 year-old sons gave it a thumbs up before I could even ask how it went. And my husband, former kick-boxing teacher and all-around healthy guy, felt his abs for the first time since we met 13 years ago!

There trainers here are helpful and a positive energy for the kids during open gym time. I think the space packs a lot of obstacles in a tight area, and it gets a bit crowded. Overall I think it's worth the trip.

Chris Pauly

Had a party there for 12yo boys. They had a blast.

Mathias Tiffany

It was a blast!!!!!

Addie Larson

The trainers are extremely skilled and know how to break down obstacles to levels that are approachable for all. I go to ladies night with Jen and it's very fun! We work on strength and conditioning for the obstacles. I'd suggest the classes to all ninjas, young and old! Some of the trainers have been on the show!

Fun place. Great experience

Nathaniel Tower

It looks small when you first get inside, but there are tons of obstacles to challenge both kids and adults. My daughter and I had a blast at open gym and the price was reasonable for an hour of entertainment/exercise. My only complaint is that the employees don't offer any assistance during open gym. It would be great if they could offer some advice on technique when they see someone struggling with an obstacle. The employees mostly keep to themselves and ignore everyone there unless someone is obviously breaking the rules.

Paris Juarez

AMAZING place to go, I work out there 2 or more times a week, I love how most obstacles work on upper body strength! Great place to go!

Jordan Mullin

Jessica Kvam

I use the Ninja part of the conquer gym. It's always fun, love the trainers! :-)

Our whole family had a great time. The supervisor was nice and provided help whenever we asked for instruction.

Erik Ebeling

What a great experience we all had. Twins absolutely loved and spoke highly of the facility... They cannot wait to go back. We will be attending classes, open gym and summer programs.... Thank you!

My kids are huge fans of the show, and had a great time trying out the different obstacles. Many too big for them to do, but they enjoyed trying.

I have 2 boys ages 7 and 10. Both really into Ninja Warrior! Both boys were very disappointed in the size and the set up. They had fun but both didn't want to go back. As a parent there really wasn't much more than you can find at any free playground. As far as the staff. Well they have room to improve. This was my 1st visit. I wasn't greeted by 2 staff who chose to play on the computer and the other stood in front of me. Once I finally engaged one of the staff and filled out the waiver I was told to wait outside. The "trainer" that was left to supervise my children wasn't very articulate. He struggled with going over the rules which I could barely understand. With that said. I believe they can improve their customer service but until they get more kid friendly activities I wouldn't recommend wasting the money.

Michael Laughery

Very cool place. We took our niece here and had a blast. The place is small and not many obstacles if you are not in great shape. Kids classes avalible.

Ben Frayman

The place is much smaller than it looks online and only about half of it can be practically used by kids under 10. We were lucky that it wasn't busy and we were the only ones there, otherwise it would get crowded in a hurry. I also expected much more for the steep $20/hour price and think $12-15 would be a lot more reasonable for the size of it and the amount of things you could realistically do. Kudos to the young man who was working there and showed the kids some of the things they could do (and some of the things they definitely couldn't because they were too high/tall or required much more skill).

Kids absolutely loved it. My 10 year old dais it was his best birthday party ever. They had a competition that ran long so we got bumped to a later time but the staff got us into the trampoline gym, game cards, and pizza for the inconvenience. Turned out to be great! We will be back. Thanks warrior!

David Jenney

This place is awesome! Indoor sand volleyball in the winter in Minnesota, come on! Facility and staff are top notch.

Heidi Brenegan

My kids really enjoy this place.

Chris Peplinski

My son loves this place! It's an individual sport where everyone encourages you to do your best! The staff is really great and friendly and the obstacles are challenging for all ages. This is a must for any child to try at least once!

Matthew Dickinson

Fun place to get to play on equipment like that on American Ninja Warrior. The staff was friendly and helpful, and, while small, the gym had adequate equipment for everyone (both children and adults). Open gyms are available if you just want to come in for an hour to play around (and don't want to commit to a membership).
