I had the worst service ever today at MCC Lakeshore Fitness Center. The Fitness Center was taking $49 out my account a month for my membership but this month they took $149 and the gentlemen Jeff said "that they sent me a notice to my home about 3 months ago". However, the address they sent it to is where i moved from about 4 years ago and since i didn't inform them of my move he can't do nothing for me and he stated "that he wouldn't tell me how to get this payment dismissed because that wouldn't be good business practice" so i just cancelled my membership.

Less little kids there which is a plus, a little cleaner than when the YMCA handled it. Seriously needs a remodel in the locker rooms. Weight room needs to be re painted as well as the racquetball courts every room could use somewhat of a major improvement. long story short this place needs alot of work done.

I paid the non member fee for swim classes for my kids which was very pricey but I wasn’t ready to commit to membership. They loved the class but when they were just getting comfortable, the session ended and was disappointed to learn that the next session was completely booked. I also felt they could have better communicated with us. It would have been nice to know pool rules ahead of time and I would have liked the opportunity to continue their progress even at the high prices.

The staff is friendly & inviting, plus they have a multitude of classes and facilities for everyone from infant to elderly! Their coaches and trainers are also very professional and knowledgeable. You can't beat having massage therapist on staff too!!!

Switched here from planet fitness so that I could play basketball during the Winter and for more variety. I love it here! There is so much more to do than just play basketball when I am not working out. There is a variety of different classes for all levels, swimming lessons, daycare, and so much equipment. I've never had to wait to use any weights or machines. I was just playing basketball and lifting at first until I discovered all these things. I began participating in HIIT (High intensity interval training) on Tuesday's and Thursday's with Jeff Lee, one of the personal trainers who runs the group class. I really like the class because it pushes me each time and it's filled with great people. The staff and members here are all so friendly and helpful. They keep it very clean at all times. I also enjoy using the pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room. There are massages available for a fee. All classes are included with your membership. Other classes I have tried are CSI (cardio strength interval) and Spin class (kicked my ass).

I have been riding my fat bike outside all winter, but finally broke down and went to the gym to ride the Cybex bikes for HIIT with Patrick at noon on Monday. He did a great job of motivating us and keeping us involved at each transition, regardless of our personal fitness levels. Before class started, Patrick also was very willing to help set up the Cybex computer that I hadn't used in at least 8 months. Next time, I'll also take him up on his offer to check my setup of the exercise bike itself.

The amount of cardio, resistance machines, free weights, and TRX, body balls, and stretching space is excellent. The equipment condition is also excellent. The temperature control in the fitness areas is pretty good. They have a lap pool as well. The price for membership is also very reasonable. It was not very crowded on a weekday and I spent no time waiting for equipment. There is also on site childcare and all staff was very friendly.

The Lakeshore Fitness Center offers a variety of programs and services to accommodate all ages and abilities. They offer a variety of group exercise classes, swim lessons for all ages and abilities, massage, personal training, and child care. I make sure to utilize all of the services offered and have been nothing but impressed by the quality of programming. The staff are always friendly and make members feel welcome as they enter the facility. You can definitely tell that it is a welcoming, friendly, family environment.

Recently joined MCC Lakeshore Fitness Center and I'm impressed. The staff/lifeguards are helpful and friendly. The pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool are clean and well maintained. New Towels!! I can see that MCC has been investing in this facility and team. I'm glad to be back.

What an awful experience! We signed up for a family membership becuase they had activities for everyone in our family... However, the staff and instructors were so rude!!! Constantly yelling at us and our children, and then there class times and schedules were always wrong, which complicates our plans completely, then when we brought it to the manager/ director, he was also rude... Complete doushe!!! We're canceling our membership, and further more, many of our friends and family are canceling their memberships due to similar circumstances. I would like to commend at least a few of there employees for being wonderful, and my condolences for having to work there.

This fitness center is very unique due to ty he diversity of works they have in their establishment. They are courteous, helpful, great you as you walk in the door. Beautiful smiles that gives you the thought of everything will be alright if you came there with a heavy burden. They have one on one privacy when conducting business and more.
