My favorite Crunch Fitness to go to. Brand new equipment and for the most part not to busy. Some days gets a little crowded by the free weights but not to often. Very large gym with alot of machines to choose from. Has two group classrooms and has turf in the back of the gym to run on or do tire flips. Very large cardio section and has multiple squat racks. The staff also keeps the gym very clean and brings a very happy atmosphere to the gym. Everybody seems like they enjoy working there. If it wasn't so far away I would go multiple times a day!!

Started when it first opened after about a year they slowly changed their staff and the new GM and employees he's bringing in are awful and unprofessional. Me and all my friends left this gym and won't be going back. Only reason people go here is the dirt cheap prices compared too me of the better gyms

I love this gym! All the staff at crunch in Westland are great, especially Brenden Chan. He's always trying to help every customer and make them feel very welcomed. (Give him a raise) but also the energy is always at 100 and it makes me workout better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had to cancel today because of their own billing issue. I was charged $480 dollars directly to my checking accounting. I cancelled my personal trainer back in February/March and then all of a sudden I get hit with this charge. Now they don’t want to refund me the money even though it was their own billing error and hiding behind of the time frame when I cancelled the personal trainer. I canceled because he was having car problems or personal things come up. They took till May 31st to fix a billing error and hit me with this charge and not notify me or anything. This is ridiculous. It’s sad also with with personnel change every month or so. Be careful with this gym.

Best gym in the area by miles!! Staff couldnt be any friendlier or knowledgeable. I've dropped about 25lbs of fat and replaced it with over 40 of muscle at 53 years young. Love this place!! My only complaint- I'm a service connected disabled vet & wasnt offered a discount at all. I was told that might change and hope it does before my prepaid year is up.I also figured out theres No benefit to prepaying your membership. Might as well hold on to your $$ and pay monthly. I didnt save a dime prepaying. This WILL NOT happen again. I drive past 2 planet fitness and lifetime to get here. If I'm not offered some sort of deal in 3 weeks when my membership is up, ( I also have sent many other paying customers up here to join) I plan on checking out the other places I pass on the way here to see how they value Vets

Best gym I’ve been to with a well over reasonable price! The thing that’s would be a downfall that’s they’re not a 24 hour gym yet. Other then the the employees are great, large variety of equipment and its all new, the weight have a large for people who want to lift a little heavier, great membership feature. Top of the line gym. I recommend it all.

The actual machines and facility are great, but the staff don't seem to know how their job works. I was charged a non-refundable fee for a service I didn't want. The employees only seemed to understand the charge policy rules after the fact when it could no longer be refunded. Feels good to have been mislead into giving money under false pretenses.

Awesome place to work out! I can grunt, drop weights and the equipment is nice and new. Just wish they were open 24/7. I had to resign up for planet fitness because of the hours. Don’t get me wrong it’s a dope gym I just have a hard time getting up early in the morning before work to go. Definitely recommend!!!

I travel in and around Detroit on a weekly basis for work. I have been to several of the locations; however, this location is, by far, the best. The facility is clean and safe and equipment is in good repair. The staff seems very warm, inviting, and knowledgeable. They are almost overly motivated to make sure that I have a great experience. I will keep coming back and tell others to join as well. Brendan, the general manager, knows me by name; more importantly, he knows and remembers to ask me specifics about my line of work. He also checks in with me to see how how my wife and daughters are doing back home. The Crunch Fitness in Westland feels like home. I would consider myself a regular. They make me feel like I am apart of their family and the staff’s high energy keeps me motivated to keep getting myself there and once I am there...to take advantage of all they have to offer. Crunch Westland feels like an experience to me. I look forward to going to the gym; moreover, I enjoy going to interact with Brendan and his team to feel the high energy and excitement of this venue. Keep up the good work Crunch Westland. Be sure to ask for the GM when you visit. He knows how to make you smile, feel welcome, and get you amped to work up a sweat and feel good. Now, get the other locations up to match the intensity of this one and then I won’t have to commute so far to workout when I am in on business. Thanks again to the team at Westland Crunch. Don't do it! Small print, you have to keep your memebership until they charge you for the yearly memebership fee which is $50.00, even if you do a month to month contract. Such bs! They try to get you to give then your checking account number and routing no so they can put those charges through. They succck! Criminals.

Screw this place. After a few months of busting my balls harder than any other of my co workers. Who did as they wanted in the club. Thus picking up closing shifts and then having to open the next morning. Bottom line is there will constantly be new managment because the owners like to run schemes and play jokes on people. Including going into employees time cards and deleting hours just to save a buck. I have picure evidence of this and of the disgusting way the gym is kept with Brendan Popcocke. Oh and lies ALL DAY. LIE LIE LIE.

MONEY HUNGRY OWNERS AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT!!! Overheard employees talking about how they've signed members up for specific monthly rate and INCREASING this rate after the member signs up. (THIS IS STEALING!) I approached the employees and asked for their names, one of them responded I am the manager don't worry about it... how are you the manager but won't tell me your name EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! MEMBERSHIP IS NOW CANCELLED!! 1 hour after my post the so-called owner reply was this is untrue but had nothing to say about the Management's unprofessional way of handling things! Probably because he trained them this way meaning he's completely fine with management disrespecting and stealing from members. I can guarantee you there will be more reviews and complaints on this subject since im not the only one in the reviews complaining about this business stealing! Good luck trying to get my annual fee

Everybody is always very pleasant and you can always get someone to help you if you have a question about whether you're doing an exercise correctly. The trainers are always stressing doing it the right way. Really enjoy working out here.

Crunch is by far the best gym in the area. It’s not even close. It blows the “judgement free zone” away. The equipment, the staff, the whole attitude of Crunch is all deserving of a 5 star rating. And that’s not even mentioning what you get for the price. For only $9.95 a month you get to use a ton of free weights, dumbbells and training equipment. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. All in all, Crunch is awesome. Hope they open up more soon. And no I do not work there. I am just totally impressed.

If it were possible to give no stars, I absolutely would. The owners are vultures. I tried to cancel my account for 8 months because I moved & had a kid on the way. Every time I called they said “there’s not a manager in, but we’ll take your name down on a sticky note and they go through them and cancel it.” 6 months and multiple attempts later, I finally decided to drive up there to tell them in person. The only reason they cancelled it is because I freaked out on them in the gym and everyone was starring. Don’t get trapped. Take yourself to another gym. Besides, you’ll have to wait 10 minutes between each set just to work out. This gym is meant for old ladies.

Great gym! Cleanest gym in M.i. I would say. The staff is always smiling and in a good mood! My only issue is the benches are bolted down very close together. No room to do flys or even bench with dumbbells. Otherwise, I would go there everyday.

Great gym. Pretty good clientele, everyone is pretty friendly. And there's plenty of weight available to throw around. Only complaint is the lack of accessories for the equipment (carabiners regularly go missing, along with weight belts). All in all it's a solid gym for any experience level.

I have been coming to Westland Crunch even before the location opened "Parking lot workouts". I have purchased the Peak Plus Results package and have totally loved the Ride class, Small Group of Camp Crunch and the various group classes. The instructors will show you modification if you let them know of your issues before class, for me I have a wrist issue and some day's my knee's. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Have questions ... Just ask.

I worked out at planet fitness for about a year before I started hearing about "CRUNCH" opening up down the street. I'm honestly upset that I didn't come here sooner. The staff? Amazing. The people who work out here? Both amazing and respectful. You'll find that both the staff and the people who work out here to be incredibly kind and have your best interest in mind. If equipment might be a gripe of yours, than gripe no longer my friend. Because this equipment blows planet fitness and a majority of other gyms out of the water. Easy to use, comfortable, and clean. The only reason I gave this review 3 stars is because of the classes they hold here. The classes I'm around happen at 6pm. They have a large speaker that they play music over at an incredibly high volume, with someone with a microphone talking over it. Its obnoxious. Also, If you wanna use any of the equipment anywhere near the class, forget about it. They, as of right now, have an orange tape that surrounds the whole side of the gym they are working out in. Before that, the trainers would yell at you if you even looked at the equipment In their area. It puts a damper on your workout if your an 8-5er like myself. However, with all that being said, this is the best gym I've ever worked out at. And I highly reccomend it to all my friends, family, and anyone really who's looking to get some gains.

Staff is constantly interrupting members to tell them they aren’t allowed to have gym bags outside of locker, or use chalk while deadlifting. I’ve been a member for a few years now and the gym has gone way down hill. Witnessed a staff member tell a 17 year old he couldn’t have his small bag with him. Male staff member watched him and approached him again and stood there telling him to keep his bag off the floor, but didn’t enforce this rule on other older members who had larger bags and were larger than him.

This Crunch location is smaller in size compared to the Farmington Hills and Dearborn one but they still have all the essentials. Also, this is the only Crunch in the metro Detroit area that has a standing calf machine.

I called about a class option ONLY, which they do not offer. This gym is losing out on a lot of money by not having that as a option. Why should I have to pay for the facility plus the option that offers classes!? There should be a class option only membership, I moved here from another city where I had a class only membership hoping to get that same option w/crunch. Never would I pay for a membership here. Unfortunate...

Ok so class starts at 9 why are we roping it off a hour before class? 8:20 completely roped off. It’s sends a bad message to other members. For on average of three people. I understand it’s for safety... but when class doesn’t start for a hour what’s the safety issue?

Clean facility, always greeted at the front desk. Love the option of sauna. Only complaints is that 1. It’s not open 24 hours. My career really limits my time for allows for gym and bc of this I can only make it a few times a week. 2. The times I can go, the “hiit zone” which is my primary area to workout is always blocked off for classes so you can’t use any space or equipment. Resulting in my time here useless and ineffective. 3 I’ve been here for a year and no issues with carrying my small gym bag with me and setting it on the ground right next to my workout area. Today a worker completely interrupted my workout (clearly running on treadmill) and made me stop to tell me having my bag with me was NOT allowed... this has never been an issue in the past and to interrupt my running was inappropriate. For now, I’ll stay here but considering planet fitness, same price and open 24 hours.

First time being here and man it was a boat load of equipment, which is a good thing. Definitely a 5 star gym. They have really well maintained locker rooms which include a Sauna. The bathrooms are also super clean as well as the around it. Machines are high end and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and always willing to help when needed. The gym is full of motivational people to help you out and keep you going. Didn’t feel like a “gym” environment at all which made it more willing to go to. Pay to be able to use the gym but I have to move my schedule around the classes they have in order to use the equipment it find a place to workout. The trainers were so disrespectful and the GM told me that it’s the rule there. So disappointed with the gym and how I am treated there. If you’re going to offer a gym then you need to make sure there is a place and equipment for people to use while they workout.

I love this place. I've worked out here in the past in California, and this is exactly what I expected to see here. Bumper weights, free weights-heavy dumbbells to 120 so i can lift. Squat racks, field turfs and bags! So much stuff for a great price

WOW! Simply stated...WOW! Great facility and great equipment, plus friendly and knowledgeable staff. (Who knew that Fish Oil - or eating more cold water fish could help with my knee troubles? Michael did, and now I do too) At some point, a treadmill is a treadmill, so the staff and the class offerings is what brought me to WOW! As I mentioned, I have knee problems and have been struggling to find some type of aerobic activity that I could to do, other than an elliptical or stationary bike. I have tried other classes, but was always a bit self-conscious when I had to (in full view of everyone) modify my exercise. Well, the group room at Crunch is HUGE, so there was plenty of room for me to "hide in the back". That didn't last too long, as I quickly noticed that there were a lot of people, of all shapes and sizes, modifying their exercises as well. so now I don't even give a thought to where I plunk myself down. Last, they have the absolute best sound systems I have ever seen in a fitness center. I know that doesn't really have anything to do with the functionality of a gym, but it sure makes it more fun! Diversity, Knowledge, Encouragement, and Entertaining. Again, I can sum the whole Crunch experience in one word... WOW!

Had my doubts about the size of the place at first, but even at it's peak it's still not bad getting a work out in. Great facilities otherwise with a multitude of different workout environments from classes, aerobic machines and of course free weights! Seems to stay pretty well maintained compared to a few other *california based* gyms Ive been a member to around the area.

Love this place and due to financial reasons I have to end membership. It's at end of contract so I called and the gentleman I spoke with told me I had to come in and speak with manager to sign a form to end it. I asked was one available today so I can take care if this and he said no. The manager isn't in until Wednesday. So now I'm stuck til then with no help. It's not like I'm not returning, just at moment its nit in my budget. He really didnt seem to want to help at all just kept saying dryly that there is nothing he can do. I'm still liking the place, most of staff is wonderful but now I really dont know what to think if you cant try to help resolve this.

I’m extremely unhappy with my experience at Crunch Westland. As a very busy person, sometimes I don’t pay close attention to my bank statements. Well, it turns out I should AS SHOULD EVERYONE ELSE that has a membership at this gym!!! It turns out I’ve been charged $160 multiple times without my permission, totaling to almost $800. When I finally realized this and called to inquire about it, they said the reasoning was they had a “shady manager” signing people up for things and making unauthorized charges. Um, excuse me??? And coming on here reading other reviews, I see I’m not the only person this has happened to! Absolutely ridiculous. Regarding my refund, they said they have to talk to their regional manager and will call me in 3 days. I truly don’t understand how a business can be this unprofessional and allow this to happen.

I am Posting this so others have insight on the harassment and discrimination that happend to my girlfriend and I at the gym from the employees . We have been with the gym since the gym first opened. The gym has a high turn over rate with employees and one day my girlfriend and I were working out With each like we have been doing for a long time now. One of the new employees comes up to me and starts accusing me of doing personal training with my girlfriend. I know that outside personal trainers are not aloud to do personal training in the gym because thats how they make their money but this new employee came up to me and accused me of personal training my girlfriend and he told us that we had to leave. We were both working out at the same time like normal just like any other person would with their gym buddy or significant other. At this point i had no idea why he singled us out and accused us of personal training. We went to the front of the gym to speak with the manager and she said it wasnt her call it was the owners who were watching the cameras and they wanted me kicked out. I asked her why we were being singled out for doing nothing more than working out with each other. She said i dont know maybe "" its because of the way you look"" thats why they are watching you on the cameras...i didnt know how to take that at first, she told me it is because of how i look. I have this all recorded on video by the way. I felt very discriminated against and embarrassed as all this is happening in front of all the other members of the gym. Now as all this is happening another employee at the gym is defending me and pleading to the manager that i am Not a personal trainer and that we only work out with each other. She didnt want to hear it and we had to leave. I called the owners of the gym and asked them if it was true that they have been watching me on the cameras and wanted me to leave. He said ""No i have no idea of this situation"". I have this saved in my text messages to show that she was lying about this. The manager called me a few days later apologizing for the Employees actions who told us we were kicked out and she said it was just a big misunderstanding and that she apologizes. I have this voicemail recording saved. I come back to the gym a few days later and the employee who accused me of personal training and had me kicked out kept giving me dirty looks from across the gym making the situation even more uncomfortable. So i went home and left a 1 star review here on google. At the time i didn't write any context i just left a 1 star review. That same night the owner of the gym text me on my phone"" Nice 1 Star Review... Classy"... ..Now to preface what lead me to writing this review. I Worked for the gym when it first opened and i put alot into that place. I helped during the initial construction phase bringing in equipment getting the gym set up. I worked hard and promoted the gym even long after i stopped working there. I built a great relationship with alot of the staff and members but what lead me to leave was the downward spiral the gym went through. Like i said the gym has a large turnover rate and the employee who accused me of personal training did not know that i was a former employee. When an employee quits they have to have written consent from one of the owners that they are allowed to come back as a member and work out. I did get written consent through email from the owner that i was aloud to come back and work out. After this whole situation happend where my girlfriend and i were accused and harassed and discriminated against i left a 1 star review and that prompted the owner to tell me that my membership was terminated effective immediately. Ive witnessed over the past few months employees walking up to members and threatening to call the police on them for the littlest things like having their gym bags on the floor. The gym is ""judgement"" free but if you are in shape you will be accused of being a personal trainer and harassed and kicked out. without any question. This gym has no morals.

My mom and I came in to check out the gym yesterday afternoon, we went on a tour with Amanda.She was amazing...not only did she take her time with us but she catered everything to us. She got us set up with a trainer next week too. We’re so happy with our choice, we can’t wait to start classes. Thanks Amanda!

Great gym. Alot of clean equipment for use. Knowledgable and friendly staff. From heavy free weights to circuit training equipment youll be set with everything you need to get the best possible workout you put your mind to. I used to recommend crunch to all my friends......but unfortunatley they started to change rules that brought me and others to the gym. Bought my own bars cause they wouldnt buy different and better bars for different excercises was told it was fine to use them, then few months later no. Now no gym bags on floor. Really!!!! When i work out i have my elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, and supplements, so everytime i need something i have to go in to locker and grab what i need???? NO JUDGEMENTS, yeah ok. ITS LITTERALLY TURNING INTO ANOTHER PLANET FITNESS.......whats next??????? No water bottles on floor. In thoughts of cancelling membership and have bout 10 people thinking as well.

I absolutely love this gym! I love all the classes they offer at different times so I never have an excuse not to pick up a class and work out either before work or after work. Hours are great and flexible. The staff members are wonderful and always greet you when you walk in.

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY. Business ran by a money-hungry owner and/or manager. Don't exactly remember which title she preferred to call herself. Overcharged me for the annual fee by $15 ($64 in total), promised to refund it, but still have never received anything back, on top of three other payments in which were placed under the highest monthly payment of $40/mo(???). Initially we wanted to cancel the contract but the manager/owner didn't listen and just "froze" our account apparently, continuing to charge us for 3 months prior of the annual fee (~$120), when I never even stepped into the building once more (after signing up). You are not suppose to pay under a frozen account. This is a total of ~$184 paid for absolutely nothing. When I insisted to cancel, she blatantly did not listen. Ultimately, the only thing she was able to tell me was "...but at least you look good!!". She was repetitive with this. Not helpful nor funny. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. You'll thank me later.

Don't get me wrong, this is still an awesome gym for the price, but since they opened their new locations they seem to neglect this Westland facility. The staff and management is like a revolving door. They used to have an awesome staff. Now it seems like they are just filling spots with anyone. This morning was the 4th time that the employee that was opening the gym either didn't show up, couldn't turn off the alarm, or just locked themselves out. It's getting pretty annoying.

Been a member since the opening of the gym, gym has consistently gone downhill, constantly hiring and firing good staff, blocking off half of the gym for “group training” but there are only 3 people that attend, running a zamboni on the weight floor at prime time, forcing members to sign up for training, use vehicles as free advertising, and recently decided to not allow chalk and gym bags. Just this past training session employees came up and threaten to cancel my membership/get the police involved over a petty gym bag. Ive been almost injured from the zamboni more times than a gym bag.

I’ve been going to Crunch since it’s opened and it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to! The gym is extremely clean and the front desk staff is always helpful. Kara is so friendly and up beat in the mornings which makes it easy to wake up and get the day started! I work out every morning at 5am and the gym is always opened on time allowing me to get my workout in and get to work on time without skipping a beat. Love Crunch Fitness Westland!!!

If I could pick one thing I like most about this gym, it would probably be the amazingly friendly and outgoing staff. I have not had anything but great experiences with each and every one of them, and it's clear how much effort they put in keeping the gym clean. On top of that, Crunch is all around a spacious and well-maintained gym, with a great atmosphere, that I would recommend to anybody looking for either a casual or a hardcore gym experience.

Awesome gym - visit here 5-6x per week. Obviously has its 'rush hour' times, but other than that, it's pretty empty and available a majority of the week. All the machines work great and the staff is very friendly as well. If you have BCBS, check to see if you're eligible for SilverSneakers/TivityHealth - as this Crunch location participates in it.

Great facilities for $10 a month. There were two things, however, that I had issues with. One was that the employees didn't seem very motivated/happy and that's usually an indicator of bad ownership or management. Second was that when classes take place (usually twice a day around peak hours) they block off the entire turf area which consists of roughly 1/3 of the gym. This wouldn't annoy me too bad if they were attended regularly by members but on average there's only 2-3 people that actually partake in the sessions. Other crunch locations usually have a separate room for classes or they adjust the space they block off relative to how many people are taking the class.

I have been a member here ever since the place open and I love the gym. It's very clean and one of the best gyms I have ever been to. However, I haven't started using my membership because I am shy about working out when I know I shouldn't. It's hard being super overweight when you're afraid of getting stares because you're the "BIG GIRL" at the gym. Hopefully I will begin to utilize gym membership soon. Maybe I could speak to someone about making me feel more comfortable and not being so nervous.

Just joined. My first impression is very positive. It looks super clean. It’s big with lots of equipment. I’m going to love using the sauna. The guy who enrolled me was super nice, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. I can’t wait to get my orientation on Tuesday. I generally hate leaving bad reviews. But I KNOW STUPID AND RIDICULOUS WHEN I SEE IT! Cross training area closed off for a 3 hour session with 5 women present. Annoying, but no big deal. I figure I'll just grab a jump rope from back there and rope somewhere else. Nope. The leader of the session, gets an extremely nasty attitude as shoes me away 100 times. I'm a patient guy. So I think ah no big deal. I'll just ask a staff member to grab me one. I go to the front desk, and, once again, get a really nasty attitude about being a step behind the desk. Keep in mind, I'm a very cordial dude. Nice welcoming smile. Kind to anyone I encounter. She instructs one staff member to grab me a jump rope. I appreciate that, but I warn her that she may get shoed away too. She says no we work here it'll be fine. She gets shoed away too! Hahahahaha! In no way would grabbing a damn jump rope have interfered with their session in anyway whatsoever. But then again, they do keep prices really low here, so I can't be too upset. You get what you pay for. But still... UNNECESSARILY RUDE, ANNOYING, AND BUREAUCRATIC!

I'm honestly obsessed with this gym. There is so much equipment, I haven't been able to not do a workout routine because of lack of equipment. I do a lot of plyo workouts, and I really appreciate everything Crunch has to satisfy those routines for me! And the staff is all SUPER friendly and FIT themselves. It's inspiring to see that Crunch is practicing what they preach by having a full staff that are living healthy lifestyles themselves. 5 out of 5, I recommend to all my fitness friends and fellow gym rats!

this place is something else! I’ve been a member to la fitness, lifetime, 24/7 fitness, planet fitness and I’ve never experienced this much frustration from a gym. They take there 9.95 out of my chase checking account around the 20th of each month. And when I go to scan in they tell me I’m overdue and sadly I cannot use the facility! Every time this happens I have to open my chase app and show that they have been taking out the money!! After they look it up further they do see that it is a error and I’m allowed to workout. After this happening about 8 times and when they said I am 64 days late I wanted to just cancel my membership. They said I had to come in when the gm was in. I finally was able to talk to the gentlemen and he said Too that I was overdue!! I had to open my fricken app to show that I’m all paid up. He Apologized and said there would be a $60 cancellation fee for all the trouble There system was causing. The guy wouldn’t even waive the fee. Be careful with this place. You certainly get what you pay for.

Update to my review: More workout classes have been added and later times! Love this place so far and especially since they have workout classes. I feel like the classes aren't that flexible though. Sure if you don't work the standard 9-5/6ish. It's hard for me to make it to any. There are only a few late ones during the week. Barely any on the weekend. I love the 360-3x class, however I can barely make it. Are there going to be more classes on the weekends?

Not recommended to any AFRICAN AMERICAN that works out with a gym bag.... I've been coming to crunch for about 8 months now with a bag, A little over a month ago the NEW GM decides to tell me I can no longer bring my bag onto the gym floor but fails to tell the rest of the gym members.... so I kept my bag in the locker room, until i constantly had to remind the GM to do his job by snitching on people about having a bag on the floor because I felt singled out. Yesterday I was done snitching, I saw multiple members with their bags on the floor And literally watched the GM walk right over someone's bag while showing a new member the gym so I brought mine out of the locker room.... Today I walk into the gym the GM tells me my MEMBERSHIPS BEEN REVOKED! I go to the gym for a release not to bring more stress into my life.... just trying to workout in peace that's it!! I'll continue to post pictures of people with their bag on the gym floor because I have friends that go here to show chrunch fitness discriminates against certain looking people!! Unacceptable!!!

I been coming to this gym since January of 2018 and everytime I step in here I am greeted by great employees! I always get a great workout and they also give a free personal training/evaluation session. PLENTY of room to work and tons of open space and machines to train and excercise in your best way! Don’t waste your time at them fake gyms that remove scales and gyms that are more health clubs vs being a gym. Come get these gains and don’t be afraid to grunt with success!

Basic gym. Some equipment has dust on it so you know it never gets cleaned properly. Don’t waste your money of a upgraded membership to include tanning. Bulbs are always half burnt out everytime I go to any location. Doesn’t matter what bed I get. Too bad I’m locked into a one year contract. I’d rather not pay for services I can’t use.

Hard stop!!! Dont join, they're pretty underhanded about everything. I was auto renewed for my membership, which I never agreed to or was told about (it was an additional 69.99, which they never told me about the annual fee). I called to cancel but they said I had to do it in person. It took three trips to get my membership cancelled and they offered no help and no apology. There is value to the offerings at this gym, but dont think for a second that they will ever value you as a customer. RESPONSE: It took a total of five attempts to cancel my membership because I was constantly given the runaround. It took three trips in person, and me asking for the manager before disclosing my purpose for the visit, to have the membership cancelled. No refund was offered. Read the other reviews, I'm not the only who was treated this way. The gym is only one year old so these issues are just starting. Do not join this gym, they do not value your patronage.

I signed up last year for fitness classes, specifically for Zumba. Now they have cancelled all but one Zumba class I can attend. They only have Friday nights! They no longer have Monday or Wednesday day Zumba. I am highly disappointed with this decision. I wish I had never joined and I will not be renewing my membership. I can't stand it when I am forced to do other classes without being given a choice when it's my money being used.
