I love coming to Body Images, its not like normal gyms which is nice. The classes are normally small and I feel like I can always talk one on one with the instructors. When going to the gym I would get intimidated because I didn't know what I should be doing and here classes aren't intimidating, they care if your doing your workout correctly and will give you help on a different move if you cant to the one they are showing. I highly recommend Body Images if your looking for an alternative to a gym!

I couldn't be any happier with this facility and staff. I had heard about Body Pump through a friend who's an instructor out of state and I decided to find a class locally to give it a shot. Was very happy with how my first class went and how nice and helpful the owners and instructors are as well as the other people that participate in the classes. I've been going for two weeks and I look forward to each class as I can already see a difference in my appearance i'm excited to continuing towards my goals with the help of what this facility offers! For me it makes a huge difference that theres a great staff and the folks that go there are enjoyable to work out with too. All around this place made me feel 100% comfortable from the first time going and i'm glad I stumbled upon Body Images!

The instructors are all so passionate about helping you get into better shape, and are so accommodating; giving suggestions and helping modify things that may not work for you. Pam and Scott are so amazing and very genuine and the sweetest people you will ever meet. The atmosphere is always so positive and supportive, and that has been hard for me to find anywhere else. Everyone there has helped motivate me to make myself better. I can't say enough good things about this gym and these people!
