Movement Terrain is really cool. It's an indoor obstacle course in the vein of American Ninja Warrior. Brian is great and really personable, and they have plenty of weights and kettlebells if you want to do something more traditional.

My 10 year old son and I went one morning and we had a good time. He loved the venue. I'm old and arthritic so I did some low impact working out while he blazed up and over the course features. I scraped my finger while punching the punching bag and the employee was great and gave me a bandaid. Later on my son decided to land on his head instead of his feet. She gave him an ice pack. We will go back. It was fun and active. Seems like a good year round center for working out and training for obstacle course runs.

What a great place to bring the kids! Was our first time there yesterday. So cool. The kids had a blast! Cannot wait to go back. They have a lot to offer for the enthusiasts of the spartan style workouts and more. Very clean and friendly!

Im 11 and Movement Terrain is perfect for kids and teens to bring there friends and have a great time. Its also great for people who love American Ninja Warrior.

Went to one of the bootcamp classes and got a full pump workout and also had some time to "ninja" train after. Conveniently close to a well earned Donut Dip donut... Recommended!
