I went in june to apply for the after school program for sept this year . they told me they would be getting back to people by aug1 the latest. Ive called 4 times this week and no one has returned my call . im upset because school starts in 3 weeks and no reply. I think they need to treat there customers better. And just return calls.

The cycle casses with JILL are horriable. She plays the worst hard rock music so LOUD. Talks to her friends while the class is going on. Most of the people there are well into there 60's. I'm sure they don't enjoy that bang, bang, music and she is not very pleasant to look at. I'm done.

Tried first time, just wanted to swim couple of lanes and enjoy a little the Sauna. For 15$ for non-members. Just for swimming? Crazy. The pool was ok, but everything seemed to be little old like in the 60s. The Sauna is a joke. In the middle between locker and shower, dirty, the heater must be manually turned on. People coming in with wet swim suits and shaving cream in the face and sweating on the woods. Crazy non-existing Sauna culture here. No relaxing zone for after Sauna. Nobody cleaned the locker or shower area. All over dirt. First and last time here. Gonna have to look further for decent sauna & swimming facilities.

I tried to become a member in Ymca, but a girl that was working there was so rude, she couldn’t even look the customers on the eye. Her name is Courtney. She was extremely rude!!! She was judging all customers and she was too ugly and fat herself. So I decided to leave the gym and never become a member because of her.

I've been trying to join the YMCA for 3 months now under the Y access program. I applied to both the Greendale branch and the main branch, but after multiple phone calls, emails, and in person visitis I finally got a letter for the wrong person. Needless to say I still haven't been able to join.

We have been going to this particular YMCA as non-members for the past four years for the children's aquatics classes for both of my children. Well this year has been the biggest waste of money yet and the costs keep rising? My sons instructor was great when she was there…she ended up leaving as the instructor and every week a new instructor was starting from the beginning. Can you wet your face, blow bubbles, bob under the water? I have never been so disappointed, as his progress had completely stopped and he has lost his confidence that was building? Then at the end of the 12 week class he gets a report card, that does not even describe his abilities as a swimmer?

The front desk supervisor/manager, Kate "I am NOT referring to Kate Dupont the director" is very RUDE, DEMANDING and DISRESPECTFUL. She walked around the facilities and tell people not to do this and that in a very disrespectful way. Kate, I hope you read my comment and please change your manner and work attitude toward people, we paid to go there and we are not there for you to insult both parents and kids.

I see a whole lot of people complaining. Its a Gym folks you go there to work out, its crowded because people like going there. Your are not there to be treated nice you are there to workout so work out and stop complaining no one cares.

The worst YMCA I’ve been to yet. It’s not very clean, couple of staff members seemed rude. I was at first happy to see a few tennis courts at the YMCA. You have to reserve and pay for it. Most of the time it’s just lessons being done, not much of a demand for it. However, the hourly rate varies and in my opinion heavily overpriced. At some point of the day if you would like to play for an hour, you would pay $36.

The Greendale YMCA has the best Zumba instructors ever. Monday 9am to 10am Monday 5:45pm to 6:45pm Wednesday 6:35pm to 7:35pm Friday 9am to 10am Sunday 11am to 12 am Zumba is cardio fitness dancing. Come join us. All are welcomed. Age 8 and up. U don't have to know how to dance to Zumba dance. If u like to dance then please come join us. For more information contact the Greendale YMCA.

The summer camp here are a scam. I went to the camp there when I was 14. They don’t have any age appropriate activities for teenagers. When u arrive at the camp the kids are put into groups based on football teams. Throughout the day you’re outside doing activities unless it’s ur day to swim or go to the water park. Us teens don’t do ANYTHING I’m being fr. Basically the staff sit outside on their phones not even paying attention to us. I was so bored there they don’t care about the children there they’re there for the money. The after school program is corrupt. There’s a bus that will pick elementary and middle schoolers up from the school each afternoon they go to Bancroft middle to pick up another set they they would go to the Y. When u arrive there they offer the kids snack and then after that there no real schedule. The older kids are off doing their homework while the younger kids just misbehave. Us older kids have homework and they can’t provide teens with their own room. Teens are either middle schoolers and the elementary children are somewhere else. After an hour goes by we all head upstairs for activities and they are petty. The YMCA is scam for parents. PERIODTTT

The staff are rude. People sit on the machines and chat while you're trying to get your burn on. Very crowded at all times. It ruins my day every time I go there to workout with my boyfriend.

Great Pool and Child Watch, currently under construction (which is much needed). Weight area and cardio room will get bigger and he'll out significantly because this place gets crowded.
