Best gym I've ever belonged to. So much fun not your typical gym. The coaches are fantastic and with you every step of the way cheering you on!! We joined for a 6 week challenge and quickly became addicted. Best investment you can make in yourself! Give it a try you won't be disappointed

When I started at Spurling I was looking for a place where I could workout with some guidance from a qualified professional. What I found was so, so much more. The coaches at Spurling are dedicated to each client that walks through their doors. They truly care about your goals, your experiences, your challenges. They work with you to insure you are able to continue bettering yourself regardless of injuries or life changes. When I found out I was pregnant with my fifth child I thought all my hard work would be for not. Instead the coaches at Spurling worked with me throughout my pregnancy so I could safely exercise through the whole thing. I couldn’t wait to get back in the gym 6 weeks later. In my opinion there is no better place to start a journey to a new you.
