I went for Massage Therapy for two reasons: 1) Severe fibromyalgia, I was extremely stiff, tender and sore. 2) I had a huge knot in a muscle that would not release. Both issues were addressed and the knot disappeared! I went monthly for a massage (these were no salon type massages! These were sport injury type of healing massages)and over time the symptoms of the fibromyalgia lessened. I was extremely grateful. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff, very clean, and very accessible. Lots of machines and equipment for gym-goers. They have everything from cardio machines and weightlifting equipment to spin/cross-training classes and massages! Five stars.

I love coming here to get away from the winter blues! It's clean, Beau is the best guy, and I love the fact I can come here at 3 am or 9 pm to get away from my wife!

I HIGHLY recommend Anna who does the hydrotherapy! She's professional, friendly, welcoming and great at what she does. I've noticed a big difference in my heath after getting sessions with her and I can't recommend her enough.
