Great place for exercising, from weight lifting to running or biking. Their group classes are fantastic and covers a wide range of options. Good place for family to enjoy the pool or sports at the courts. Plus the sauna is a big hit. I visit daily for my running at the treadmill and then sauna.

Large fitness center on the UMaine campus. Basketball, volleyball, racquetball/squash courts, pool/hot tub/sauna, and of course fitness equipment - treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, etc. - and free weights. They also offer a variety of group fitness classes - I highly recommend Dustin's Zumba class - you won't be bored!

This place is amazing. I was a member their for 4 years until I built a home gym. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is meticulously clean and they have a lot of equipment.

This is an amazing facility that has just about everything you could want from a rec center - pool, sauna, track, basketball courts, racquetball courts, free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, yoga mats and more. The staff and gym goers are genuinely helpful and friendly.

Beautiful, state of the art facility. It's only con is that it's so nice that it attracts a large amount and demographic of people, and therefore can get quite crowded at peak times.

Great facility, well maintained and clean. Offers lots of classes although not as many in the morning as they used to have. Some classes not included in monthly membership, requires purchase of a FitPass. Sauna, hot tub, pool, machines, free weights, rowing, elliptical, bikes, treadmills, raquetball, indoor track.

I think this gym is great! It is always very clean and there are tons of things to use! The staff is amazing as well as all the people that use the gym! Memberships are cheaper than the YMCA and the YMCA gym is no where near as nice as this one!

Wonderful multipurpose facility. They offer a daily rate or monthly membership. Classes ate available at a discounted rate or free when a member. It can be very busy during the winter but the pool and hot tub are worth it.

I cannot express how grateful I am that this place exists. The pool is a great place to hang out with friends, the basketball and racket ball courts offer a lot of fun. The weight rooms have all the equipment you'll ever need. After going here, all other gyms make me sad. The free classes are awesome, the staff is always helpful and the people that go there are usually very considerate.
