I get my massage here from Andrea. I don't use the gym. BUT, if I were physically able to go to a gym, I'd go here. Always clean, never crowded, nice people. Open 24 hours. Looks great.

Hurray! I joined Millside Fitness! Nice gym with plenty of varied equipment. Clean, quiet and a friendly place to get fit. Lots of classes for gym members as well as massage opportunities.

Perfect gym! They have all the equipment you could want, you have 24/7 access to it so you can work out on your own schedule. Ive loved this place for years!
