On a recent vacation to Acadia, my husband and I wanted to make sure we kept up our workout routine. I am a new CrossFit athlete that needs some modifications due to some movement and muscle limitations. I contacted Amy to see if she could accommodate me. She was incredibly responsive. Once there, I couldn't have felt more welcome. She gave me modifications for movements I had not yet learned and the members were really nice. It's also the cleanest gym I've never been in. We'll be back - I'm already trying to plan for next summer. Thank you Amy!

Dropped in to work out during a weekend vacation. The space is well organized and clean, and the coach was welcoming and helpful. Would definitely return on another visit.
