Visiting Bangor for a few days and was so grateful to get my sweat on! Gym is exceptionally clean, friendly, well equipped, and great shower facilities. Instructor Tiffany was very personable and let me get my own workout done in addition to the class wod. Kinda wish this was my home box! Thanks ladies!

My husband and I dropped in here while visiting the area. The coaching and facilities were awesome. Our RV was in the shop down the road, and we were able to use their shower and hang out in the gym while we waited. Will definitely drop-in again!
