Gym for beginners and for advanced athletes!

Great for natural fitness! Ninja Warrior and Parkour obstacles! So much better than your run-of-the-mill fishbowl gym. The staff and owners are very knowledgeable, personable and down to earth and love to train with you! They also have special events and guest workshops with real American Ninja Warriors and Parkour experts! I drive there often over 2 hours one way!

Obstacles: a thing that blocks one's way or prevents or hinders progress. Nola Muscle Park is filled with them. To the ever growing list of ninja warrior obstacles. To the handmade walls and boxes designed for parkour spelling out NOLA. To the 14.7 feet warped wall - steeper and more difficult than on TV. Everyday at Nola Muscle Park, I've witnessed members and visitors overcome these obstacles with the guidance of owners/trainers, Hai and Edgardo. When you've finally conquered an obstacle, no matter your skill or strength level, you are recognized and applauded by every staff and member of the gym. That moment is a high you won't get at many places. The community and spirit at Nola Muscle Park is contagious. I struggled myself to lift my own weight. After two months, I've learned to run and jump lighter on my feet. My grip and strength has grown stronger than it ever was. I can feel a significant improvement in my core and balance. This has been the one of the best decisions of my life. Make it yours

Very fun place. The staff is extremely helpful. If you are having trouble with the obstacles, they will get you through it. Extremely cheap for an all day pass.

Awesome ninja/parkour gym, with amazing owners. Very personal atmosphere and comfortable learning environment for the earliest beginner, as well as a seasoned athlete. All ages too. I love it!

Owners are very polite and respectful to you when you get there , they'll give you a time of your life and when you leave, you'll know you had a good work out but feel great knowing you had a good work out,not high priced kids will love it and you will to.go visit and enjoy your day and time with them

I joined Nola Muscle Park almost a year ago. The two owners, Edgardo and Hai, are incredible coaches. I decided to check out their facility after my first obstacle course race, Battle of Baton Rouge. I was unable to complete their last obstacle in the race. It was a rig. I wanted to come back and conquer every obstacle for their next race. Since joining Nola Muscle Park, I've finished every obstacle in the past two Battle races. Plus, I competed in UNAA, Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association. I advanced to regionals. I could not have improved so much without their coaching. They are great. In fact, everyone at Nola Muscle Park is extremely supportive and encouraging. Thanks guys!
