Outstanding and extremely knowledgeable staff. They took the time to make sure I had correct form. My kids also are getting a lot from the kids classes. I would highly recommend just giving this place a try. (They offered me a free class to see if I enjoyed it)

This is my hometown box. The coaching is top notch. The offer classes for children as well has child care in the 8:30 am class. Everytime I travel and visit I other boxes my slogan is the same “there’s no place like home”. I highly recommend this box for its expert programming, and family atmosphere.
