My 10 yrs. old son has been attending the open gym and classes here for over 5 months. It is the first activity that has kept his attention and he looks forward to it every week. I have noticed so many positive changes in him. The instructors encourage him to push himself to reach his goals. They even engage and let my younger son participate for free during open gym. It has been awesome to see this business grow into an asset in the Southern Indiana area.

Amazing place to learn the movement arts and stay active. Coach Marcus and Levi are always working hard to pass on their passion to their students. Don't be afraid to come even if you have no experience, everyone there will be glad to show you the ropes.

A very welcoming community that's more than happy to show you the ropes, if you are new to the sport. It's more than just for beginners though, as these guys are very advanced themselves and would love to have more experienced members just to have fun!
