I recently made the mistake of purchasing a meditation mat and bolster during Cyber Week (2018). To my dismay, the package had no shipping identification upon release; seemed lost for over a week and took 2 weeks total to be delivered without ANY tracking. Customer service was horrible as well. This is incredibly disheartening considering it is a supply company for yoga and meditation. I'll never buy from this establishment again.

Truck driver. Had a 9 am pick up. Arrived at 8:50 and had to wait around for someone to show up at the shipping office till 9:20. The personnel was generally nice but short tempered like they were being asked too much of. Started getting loaded at 10:05 am.

I'm A truck driver . The receiving Clerk Chris has a serious attitude issue and fails to recognize any safety procedures. As I'm backing my trailer into a door he decides to squeeze in between the building and my truck waving his hands which I could have crushed him. If I was looking in the other mirror. He wouldn't have been able to see his family for Christmas. He has the nerve to ask me why I have an attitude with him After this occurred. I hope management reads the review and has a word with him. Unbelievable!!

This place is a horrible place to work and they have a very high turn over rate if your thinking about working here don’t theres a supervisor named JR who’s over emotional and wants you to exhaust yourself unloading boxes...Osha needs to be called because this place is highly unprofessional and very unorganized!
