Great facilities however the management is very frustrating. It seems that there is high turn over in management and they are not trained well with accurate information. It also seems that their communication between staff members is bad because I got different information from different people. I was given false information about personal training and signed a contract and paid a significant amount of money and then was not allowed to do things I was promised I'd be able to. The management was not good about customer service or finding solutions to their mistakes.

Amazing gym. Broken equipment is fixed immediately. 24/7 operation. 9 bucks a month. Super clean.

Stays really clean and open 24hrs which is super convenient. They could do with a little more frequent equipment maintenance but staff are nice and the regulars are cool

I am not rating Crunch Kenwood but rating the ease of finding it. I am normally at Oakley but occasionally went to Kenwood - and it’s been great. But they apparently moved the entrance. I easily found signs saying Level P5 and “follow the blue line”. But I went all around the blue line for 15 minutes and never saw where to go in. There were two others in the garage at same time trying to find it. I ran out of time and never got in. Need bigger better signs on where the door is.

Great gym. They have an awesome array of equipment, a friendly staff, and provide a multitude of classes. I have never had any issue with the gym. Everything has always been clean and well maintained. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

The equipment is good and it's cheap but it has an lot of drawbacks. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter, I guess they're too cheap to run heat or air conditioning. Even though everybody wears headphones, the blast horrible EDM pop music at ridiculous volumes. The locker rooms are DISGUSTING, smellls of urine, hair and nail clippings all over the place, mold and mildew in the showers makes me think they've never been cleaned and Just last week, I saw bedbugs. Needless to say that I no longer use their locker room.

I really love this gym! They are always open and while they're busy, there's always machines open. They have a lot of classes to offer that I've thoroughly enjoyed and I've also had good experiences with the personal trainers, although that's not included in the regular membership.

Good little gym but always crowded. Monthly contracts are very flexible. Enough 'working' treadmills and free weights. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Be careful where you workout in this gym, if you're blocking the mirrors people will kill you. :)

Nice and clean, friendly staff. Only complaint its that it is usually really busy when I go after work, but that is not the gyms fault. They have TONS of cardio machines. The free weights and benches are pretty crowded so if you are primarily a lifter come during a slow time or wait your turn.

Good value and friendly staff. Equipment maintained well. However, had to downgrade my rating based on cleanliness. A few months after they opened they must have slashed the cleaning crew budget because it is really not sufficiently clean. The men's locker room is disgusting. Don't ever look at the floor in the group fitness classes room. A shame they aren't willing to spend a little more on cleanliness.

The fact that equipment goes down for MONTHS is unacceptable. Replace the broken parts or machines already, it’s your members expectation and duty. Get it together The leg extension has been down for about two MONTHS, fix or replace

Pros: Very affordable, Entertainment: Treadmills comes with headphone jacks and a fan, TVs, Wifi, Massage, HydroMassage, Good parking lot, waiting area for people with children. Cons: No Pool, few staffs/trainers, gym facility is very small, sometimes might be crowded, sometimes you to wait to use an equipment, men’s bathroom not well maintained.

Got scammed into the personal training and have had an incredibly difficult and negative experience trying to opt out. I feel very uncomfortable going back after the endeavor and didnt want to cancel my entire membership but the issue with the training has been so awful I might have to.

I've been going to LA Fitness for the past several years, and I cannot tell you how glad I am that I switched to crunch. The employees are super helpful and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Cody and Sanjay were particularly friendly and resourceful. Couldn't be happier here

I have been a member of many gems over the years but this is my favorite by far. The value for what you get is amazing. 30 bucks a month and I can take all the classes I want bring a guest and you will keep my kids while I'm working out. Not to mention the fact that I can get a HydroMassage everyday and go tanning if I'd like.

The whole facility is awesome. The front desk representatives have always been nice and when issues occurred, they were very knowledgeable in their explanations. There are plenty of cardio and weight machines to use which is nice. The area with free weights is a little tight in my opinion and I wish there was more room, but its okay. Oh and the package deals they offer are very accommodating. Can't beat that!

The facility is always clean and inviting. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! I have been going to Crunch for about a year and a half now. The Personal Training is great, the amount of machines and free weights available are good, and the locker rooms are always clean. The parking isn't great because it is a shared lot with a lot of other businesses. If you know that you will need to park far away ahead of time it isn't a big deal. Knowing the busiest times of day for this facility is helpful when I plan to come in to work out. I choose to avoid those times. Even when I am there at their busiest times their service does not waver. The price for the use of the facility is amazing!
