Awesome place and associates!!
They have everything here! The club offers a variety of group classes which are motivating! Great machines. I love the steam room, two indoor pools and hot tub! Very clean locker room and showers.
As a self pay patient the ortho doctor's here are more willing and caring to see the person than the payment 5 days I tried to get into see someone in the tri health network as I always went through tri health network but when I couuldnt get in because I was self pay my wife found the Christ hospital network and they got me in the next day. Warren Harding iii and his team are amazing. I will gladly come back for any future bone issues and physical therapy. Keep up the great personal care for your patients.
Nice place to see.
Never been but Google says that I have been. Keeps asking me for a review.
This facility is now threatening me with a lawsuit for the collection of $26.62 & court costs/lawyer fees for taking me to court. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY ARE DECEPTIVE! I actually really liked going here but I'm moving & I also don't go anymore so I no longer need my membership. The problem arose when I spoke with the club manager to cancel my membership.Mid-late July I called the facility & notified them I wanted to cancel my membership. The conversation went well, even though I hadn't been to the property in close to 2 months I understood that by not canceling sooner I was subject to the 30 day notification policy & would be required to make a payment even though I would not be using the club. The woman I spoke with did not once mention needing to have written confirmation of cancellation & at the end of our conversation even remarked about the specific date my membership would be void stating that I had until the end of August to use the facility. Today I received a bill via email & in an effort to ensure I would not be charged again I emailed back stating I had called & cancelled mid-July & was just confirming that this would be the last charge. The response I received was a forwarded email from the end of July stating that if I had wanted to cancel I had to respond to the email thus providing written confirmation. As I had never seen the email before I searched my email account & found it in my spam folder. So Julie Goodchild, club manager, informed me by way of this forwarded email that since I had not responded to the cancellation email the best she could do was make my cancellation effective September 15 & pro-rate my month of September. After receiving the email I called & spoke with Julie who was the woman who had verbally confirmed my cancellation via telephone. When I stated that I did not remember her once indicating over the phone that my membership was not actually cancelled she became defensive. She stated she could not change the terms of a signed agreement as it was legally binding. Yet she was able to change the terms in order to pro-rate the month of September? I have not used the facility in 2-3 months & Julieeven admitted she remembered me canceling. The only defense she had was raising her voice & saying "did you not see the email!?" & "we've NEVER had this problem before".To say the least she was unprofessional & it's a little disgusting considering I've not incurred ANY cost for them in the past few months aside from billing. Not a great way to run a business that is geared towards making you feel at home.
watch out for suspending account if you are going out of town for a few months. They require 30-days written notice, so I am out of pocket the $160.00 for the month of July, since they won't suspend as of the end of this month. And then there is a fee of $150.00 to suspend. I think this is very unreasonable.
Seems like it gets more extensive every month. Small increases all the timr
Tried to simply get membership rates via email or over the phone. It could have been a ballpark, but they refused. Ridiculous. I'm not going to spend 2 hours walking around a place that I'm not sure I want to pay for. Get with the times people, publish your rates!
The club will nickle and dime you over everything. The inside is wall papered with advertisements for other services and they constantly push you to buy other things. I pay $100/month already and am struggling to see the value especially when the club is basically a giant promotional ad.
Cincinnati sports club which is asports club and gym and workout center it is also the home of Christ Hospital's orthopedic surgeons and doctors and I cannot say enough good things about Dr Harding III and his ability to restore my broken bones
The food you order at any snack shack area in the club is disgusting and extremely over priced. I mean come on $5 for a PB&J!? The decor in the club inside and outside is extremely outdated and looks like it was styled in the 1980's. Fortuanley, most of the workers are polite, helpful, and kind however, some workers are extremely rude. I've had mutiple occurrences where my children have been shouted at, and rudely spoken to over issues they had no control of and no knowledge of. These train of events have caused my family to leave the club along with mutiple of our family and friends. I do not reccomend this club. Thank you for reading this and hopefully I did not offend anyone.
Sports club was wonderful ...friendly staff great facility and equipment..great place.
Member for about a year. Excellent atmosphere, friendly staff, plenty to do for the whole family.
Place to watch Indoor Sports
Great facilities, not over crowdef
Specific to the rec soccer program at CSC, my teams' experiences have been great. I've had teams play in the Winter season for the past five years. The field has been shortened and is 5v5. Originally this was off-putting, but in the end it makes for a very dynamic and fun style of play, almost completely different that regular indoor fields - double rebounds, double speed, etc. As for the other negative reviewer on here, the field does not use rubber pellets as in-fill, rather plastic-coated sand by a local company, which is better for play and the environment. Use regular outdoor cleats and not indoor shoes or sneakers (as you will slide). The manager Kevin has been fantastic and has always been very responsive. This season we signed-up six teams and 57 players and he responded very quickly at every stage of the process. Thanks Kevin!
Customer service needs some help.
A local favorite - great summertime facilities and activities for both kids and adults. Expect high prices.
This place is a blast for the whole family. You can get your nails done at the spa, go swimming outside where you can drink and they have food. They have an indoor pool that is warm water. Hot tub and any sport you can think of. The best thing for me is the daycare. They watch them for 2hours everyday then on Wednesday during the day you can leave the premises and they watch the kids for 5 hours and it is the same for Friday and Saturday night...Absolutely love it!
Terrible membership policies, terrible management, too many rules...ZERO flexibility on most everything. So many great choices in the HP, Mt. Lookout, Anderson area. Do your FAMILY a favor, go elsewhere.
Awesome family facility with wonderful showers and locker rooms! So clean! A little pricey for the membership, but totally worth it!
Beautiful building very nice and clean. The orthopedic surgeon was awesome and the staff was friendly. There's alot to do there, from basketball to weights, to cardio and yoga. There's a spa, a little cafe and a physical therapy office.
Doesn't even compare to LA Fitness. Friendly staff. No waiting on machines. Class and fitness floor are inside and outside. 3 swimming pools. Happy hours every Friday. Market place for food and coffee.

I do not recommend enrolling any child in their summer camp program, or any program where the kids are under the supervision of the staff there. Yesterday my husband went to pick up my daughter from the KidSport summer camp, and not only was she not at the pick up area, none of the counselors knew where she was or that she had been missing! The head counselor didn't even know who our daughter was or what she looked like. It was eventually discovered that they had left her in the pool area for at least 15-30 minutes, unsupervised. (She is not a very good swimmer!) Apparently they did not do a head count, roll call, or anything of that nature when leaving the pool area. There were other safety precautions that weren't taken as well. When dropping her off I asked that she be put in a life vest, flotation belt, etc. since she wasn't a good swimmer. They tied a NOODLE around her waist, which she said came off shortly afterwards. This club is VERY sloppy and disorganized when it comes to kids and I strongly recommend that children are kept out of any of the programs where they are under the supervision of the staff if a parent is not present. The organizational problems run far too deep for this to be fixed easily and it puts the safety of the children at risk.
Friendly atmosphere and so much to do!
Good pool!

Not a very friendly staff.
The Cincinnati Sports Club would be great if it was cheaper. There are a lot of options but you pay a very high price. And they tend to increase the monthly fees on a regular basis. A single person who gets the basic membership (without access to the pool - yes, that's a separate cost) pays over $90 a month (as of early 2018). At that's not counting the registration fee to join, which is around $300 (sometimes they offer deals so wait for those). Lots of kids around, too, which increases the volume and irritability factor, but I'd put up with that if only it didn't cost an arm and a leg.
Awesome family facility with wonderful showers and locker rooms! So clean! A little pricey for the membership, but totally worth it!
Great for physical therapy
Best club in town.
Great sports complex. Has every amenity an athlete or individual looking to get and keep healthy could ever want or need. People are always friendly and will remember your name when you say hello. Can be busy during peak hours, however there is plenty to do. Whether you want to shoot some hoops, swim, weight train, play soccer, or even volleyball this place accomodates.

Everything you'd want in a sports club. Nothing bad to say
This is hands down the best gym facility in the Cincinnati area. Membership costs are higher than average, but reasonable given the quality of services. Clean, professional, respectful facility that is very welcoming. Gym is never packed like typical gyms, pool area is awesome and happy hours are great. 110% satisfied.
Good place
No place for adults only to work out. Staff unfriendly and never enforce rules. Locker rooms messy with discarded wet towels, hair in the shower drains and not clean. Broken equipment that I have made dozens of requests over the past THREE years to be repaired. Never have been repaired. Kids and babies running everywhere on mezzanine with and without "wrist bands". Not a club for adults. Complaints never addressed about this and is getting worse and worse. Most of my friends have dropped out because of these issues. I am about to do the same. Poor management.
A very nice gym with friendly people.
Had a great time here at a children's birthday party
The Cincinnati sports league has a dangerous and outdated indoor soccer field. My girlfriend and I both suffered torn ACL's that required expensive surgery and our knees will NEVER be the same again. The turf is terrible and the horrendous "ventilation" makes for the poorest conditions. On top of that all of our games we scheduled at either 10:15 PM or 10:40 PM on a Monday night. Who would want to play at that hour that works a day job? Please do yourself a favor and play anywhere else but here. I USED to love to play soccer but sadly those days are now over for both of us.
Great facility. Lots to do and great swimming pools.
The staff is the best. I have never been to a gym where you can get to know the entire staff. The facility is clean, the members are very friendly. It is expensive but well worth it. The classes that are offered are great and the ladies that massage all of my kinks away are wonderful. I can’t say enough about the staff. It is more than a gym, a social type atmosphere with things that are done there outside of workouts like couple massage class, where you learn basic things to help your partner out. Love the place.
I've been a member for about 4 months. The child care hours and activities are great. My 4 year old loves coming here. Everyone is really friendly. The variety of classes is nice as well (the Body Pump classes are especially fun). I like not having to belong to a Yoga studio, a Barre studio, and a gym to use free weights. It's all in one place. My only problem - and the reason for the 3 star review - is the smell. They talk about how everything has been renovated, but I think the main gym area where the free weights and the cardio equipment are smells kinda funky. It's off-putting. I am not sure if it's the rubber mat surface holding in odors or just because it's an older building but I think that area needs more attention. To me it feels dingy, dated, and neglected. Some of the elliptical machines have rust and broken pieces which gives the impression that things are not maintained well. I'm considering cancelling my membership because of it - I'll happily go back to a clean, shiny barre studio and bright, open free weight gym. The only thing keeping me here is the fact that my kid enjoys it so much. There is a lot of focus on the new pool and outdoor bar opening this summer but I think instead of adding more stuff, attention should be on the existing areas and getting them up to 100% first.
Joined as new members summer of 2019. Could not ask for a better experience at a sports club. High caliber instructors and trainers available on staff and the new adult pool being built is going to be a great addition to an already fantastic assortment of amenities.
Had a Blast here in the outdoor pool. there was plenty of seating, pool was large, and the drinks were cold. cant wait to see the expansion they have planned. I did not get to use any of the indoor facilities, but hopefully i will in the future.
Great family atmosphere
When I'm not running outside I love running here. The track is good. Sometimes a little crowded on the track. There are a lot of treadmills and elipticals. Locker room is always clean and has sauna and steam room. Great after a workout. Indoor and outdoor pools as well.
Top of the line facilty that has it all! Great family atmosphere with day care available. Three pools and physical therapy located on site. Need your hair done or a massage, no problem...
Great for all the family. Lots of Group Excercise programs including Indoor Cycling
My jam

Best fitness club in the area! They have great amenities and very friendly staff!
Good choice of doctors.

This sports club has it all! Classes for everyone in the family, indoor and outdoor pools, great trainers! Love it!
I go there for physical therapy. But the staff at the club is very friendly. When they are outside they always open the door for me and speak.
Great facility, can pretty much do any exercise you can think of (basketball, swimming, soccer, lifting, running, etc.)
I would definitely not recommend playing indoor soccer here. The 5v5 aspect was really a lot of fun and I would've loved to come back, but there were too many reasons to avoid: Getting ahold Kevin, the Sports and Activity Manager, is like trying to get ahold of a Time Warner Cable representative. The scheduling was atrocious. We had 3 weeks off in a row, then a double-header playing the same team twice in a row. Not only was it lame scheduling, it was poorly planned. The week of our double-header, I was out of town for a family member's surgery. I came back early for the games and it turned out that the field was double booked for a kids' practice. PEOPLE HAVE LIVES! What's funny is that I emailed Kevin asking about the scheduling, thinking it looked like something was up, but he never got back to me. Lastly, they advertise that the field is updated with new turf; however, this turf is very dangerous. There is hardly any rubber, so you slide all over the place. If you're a coach prospecting practice facilities, this is the last place I would have kids practice. The location is convenient for a lot of people and the 5v5 is a cool concept, but neither is worth the danger of the field nor the ineptitude of the staff.

Super nice. Child care and swim lessons included as are towels and.most classes. Costs about twice as much as the YMCA

Great place to bring your kids and have fun. Place is nice and clean. People are helpful.
Drs office is located in the same place.
Provides a nice variety of Services Under One Roof.
Love it
I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get an estimated cost of a service. I was transferred countless times and given 7 different phone numbers to call only to be transferred back to the first department I called. Seriously??? I will not be making any appointments at this place.
HORRIBLE!!!! I am disgusted with how I was treated by the staff at Cincinnati Sports Club. I held my daughter's 3rd birthday at their facility. I signed a contract to have the gymnastic room, the rec gym and a party room. When I arrived I was treated poorly and told I was not getting the rec gym, and that I only agreed to the Gymnastic room. I pulled out my contract to inform them it wasn't true. All i got was an apology, and told I couldn't have the rec gym. So we continued with the party. My party facilitator, did not help, besides clean up. Toddlers were in the Gymnastic room, running all over the place and swinging off bars.It was so dangerous, while the facilitator was standing outside the door. I had to host and facilitate my daughters party, and I didn't get to show up and enjoy myself like I should have. So I contact the Supervisor a couple days after the party, to inform her of my experience and the breach of contract. I only asked for a lousy $80 back of the $240 I spent. She was rude and said I could only get $50 back and she wouldn't charge me for going over my party time. So we asked her to review their camera to prove we did not go over our party time. She said she would call us back after she reviewed the tape. It has been over a week and NOTHING!!! When I asked for $80 I was only asking for the rec gym that we did not receive. i was being nice, since our party facilitator did not do her job. I will NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!
I love all of the choices available for the entire family!
Healthy, whole food is huge for us- it’s a major factor in everywhere we go- especially a gym/club we are paying to be a part of. The food here is terrible- not at all close to being as healthy or of quality of what you would expect vs what you pay for. Pool area is not monitored- my husband had several experiences on separate occasions where teens were eating food in the pool (disgusting), their balls flying and hitting kids in the head, and having a general disregard for anyone else- leaving my husband to A. parent the teens or B. leave the pool We will drive further to go back to the club we should not have left, to join this one. Lesson learned!
The best sports complex in Cincinnati hands down. 3 pools, free weights, machines, tons of cardio, free group classes, day care, wine tastings, happy hours, (indoor and at the outdoor pool), indoor running track, golf simulator etc. Trainers on staff and great hours. No place else compares.
Great pool, friendly service. Happy to be a member here.
Cool rec center that has many many amenities including a pools (indoor and outdoor), indoor golf tracker, workout areas, tennis, squash, etc.
Prices are too high and staff seemed snobby
I was there for the tournament, the kids came from Chicago. Glad to see they were having such a good time competing and it was fun to watch from up above thru the glass... Its an upscale sports club and there is a seating area which you can enjoy a glass of wine..
Tons of equipment and workout options. Great classes.
I am actually disappointed about the amount of compassion they have towards their employees . They only worry about their reputation and image to society and not even about the health of their own employees, especially during this current winter/flu season. So if you see us being happy and cheerful, just know that we are actually miserable.
They only seem to let in white people. They also won't give family discounts for gay partners.
Great place for a workout or just to relax by the outdoor pool. Cincinnati sports club has everything you'd want in a health/athletic club and more. Full gym, running track, racquet ball courts, tennis courts, even a golf simulator. The service is also top notch, everyone is nice and friendly. The only drawback is the cost. A membership is pretty high. Is it worth it? Depending on what you want or need it could be.
We have a family membership and love it. It has everything we need, and then some! The best part is they are always adding updates, and growing!
Well run, lots of equipment, plenty of variety of things to do.
I was there
I used to enjoy coming here to play basketball on mens nights. But after multiple experiences with the front desk over a few small misunderstandings they have made me and few other guests not feel welcome to come anymore. The customer service here is absolutely terrible , by far the worst ive ever experienced at a gym. Cathy at the front desk is disrespectful, mean and makes you feel like your unwelcome. And there security guards are liars and a'holes and have the sence of power to them for being security at a gym. Lmao a real joke if you ask me.
When I signed up, they wanted my SSN! Why do they need this information? It made me really cautious and I regret doing that. I also notice so many fake "local guide" reviews which is absolutely ridiculous.
