Absolutely the best thing since chocolate ice cream!!! To the females out there that are just trying to look for something different, feel stronger, more confident, meet an amazing group of women, then come try out Crestwood BurnBootCamp today! There are legitimately people here of all ages in all shapes and sizes. Haven’t worked out in years? Haven’t worked out ever? In your 50s 60s 20s? Old or younger doesn’t matter I’ve seen all kinds there and they welcome everybody with open arms. It’s amazing!

You show up and work hard for 45 minutes and are done for the day. They have free trials ALL the time so if you are curious there is no excuse to not come in and try them out.

My first workout here was really impressive. The gym is clean, the trainers are friendly, and the positive attitudes they encourage are infectious. It was great to workout with a group of motivated, fierce women. The workout is fast and used very little equipment, but it was incredibly effective - I can barely move my arms after!

If you a looking for a gym where the trainers are not yelling in your face but rather are there to encourage you to push a little harder, while at the same time make sure you are exercising properly, then BURN is your place. I was a member of another gym for years, but since joining BURN, I’ve actually got defined muscles, feel stronger than ever and can see improvements in my whole body...and I’m 57 yrs old.
