Why does the corrupt local government of Manhattan not allow them to build a YMCA for the local community? Instead your only option is to pay a ton of money and sign a contract to go to this dump of a gym with NO POOL and NO BASKETBALL COURTS like YMCAs have. The Manhattan government doesn't care about the community! Also, the Manhattan government is keeping out Planet Fitness and Anytime Fitness! The City of Manhattan is CORRUPT!

The trainers are awesome and friendly. They genuinely care about your well being and not just getting a workout in. The equipment is maintained and updated. If anything is out of order usually it's up and functioning by the next day.

Overall I enjoy the gym. If I could give the childcare a separate rating, they would get 5 stars. The childcare truly is awesome and my daughter loves going there! I like the equipment, the locker rooms are always clean and stocked. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the space is a bit cramped after closing the second location down. I do know they plan on expanding but part of me wonders if it is actually going to happen. During non busy hours though, I never have a problem with using equipment I want to use. I have been going here for 2 years now and don't plan on stopping anytime soon :)

Love my trainer. The training room gets a little crowded around the TRX straps area. Regulars can have a sense of entitlement to the machines and training room. My car keys were taken one time and returned the next day. Overall I like going there. Kinda pricey for trainer and gym membership. Read what you sign!

Genesis Health Clubs is my go to place. From the daycare services they offer for families, to the free classes, clean environment and friendly staff. I have had memberships at Kansas State University as well as Wildcat Creek and Genesis is hands down my favorite. The 24 hour convenience is helpful in my busy life, i also take advantage of the sauna and the shake bar. I cant wait to see the new facility in the upcoming years!

Worst gym business ever and a huge rip off. 1) What gym has limited hours on January 1st? it's like whoever is in charge, doesn't understand the fitness business and just wants to save bucks. 2) If you have a legitimate financial hardship, they won't even freeze your membership the same month, you have to wait a full 30 days. people have emergencies and all this gym cares about is taking your money.

Very clean, spacious, a variety of equipment as well as amenities and other services. I appreciate the opportunity to attend a host of different exercise classes. There's something for everyone. I'm also impressed that they have child care services available. Staff is quite supportive and courteous. The hours of operation are flexible and long.

Today was the second time bringing a guest in to this gym and the second time being treated like an idiot that is inconveniencing them for brining them new business! Last guest resulted in 2 new members and today I brought in a PRO FIGHTER! These idiots are done! The worst run company and staff in Manhattan!

I signed up on a promotion. The promotion was advertised as a discounted monthly rate & no buy-out fee. After a couple months, they started charging me the regular rate. After I refuted the charges, they did not comply. I went in person to cancel the membership and was told it was all cancelled. 2 months later, I notice on my credit card statement that it had not been cancelled because I had been charged for 2 more months. In attempt to get those charges credited back to my account, it took 2.5 weeks to actually have someone call me back. Every time I called the person on the phone would claim that they weren't qualified to assist me. After attempting to speak with someone (about 6 phone calls) who could help, I was told that they refuse to cancel my account without a 200$ buy-out fee. The saga continues, but there is really no need to go on - this should be a good enough reason for you to bring your business elsewhere. I normally only leave positive reviews on websites, but I am leaving this as a warning for all of you who are considering joining Genesis - it is absolutely not worth the money or the headache.

The club is beautiful. It has most of what you could want at a gym. There are a few things that are missing. Cons: - There aren't very many weights and clips for the free weights. I switched from CrossFit where there were a lot of squats and cleans, but that is not a focus here. - No pool or tennis court, but there are plans to add those. - There are morning and afternoon-evening classes, but there aren't any night classes. Pros: - THE PRICE!!!: There is so much included in the price that it is a great deal! - Open 24 hours Mon-Friday, and open 7-0 on the weekend. - LOTS of equipment. Cardio, strength, spin bikes, studio rooms with some weights, yoga mats, punching bag, etc. - ALL CLASSES ARE INCLUDED: This is amazing! There are over 25 types of classes and over 75 classes per week! - Four 60 minute personal training sessions included - Showers in the building with shampoo and conditioner - Towel services - Easy location in Manhattan - Access to all of the Genesis clubs in the area. There are some REALLY nice ones in KC and other areas. Conclusion: If you are looking for just a set of weights that you can do your own thing, there are probably less expensive options that will achieve the same thing. If you want more included group classes with yoga, pilates, strength, spin, etc, then this is an AMAZING option.

Beyond upset doesn’t even being to describe. For the past 3 months I have been calling in to try to get an issue resolved only to be told there was nothing they can do. I was on a joint account with my boyfriend, we moved to a different state but before we did he brought in Army orders saying that we were PCSing. The guy that cancelled the account only canceled one so for two additional months we were charged even though we cancelled our membership. Or so we were told. I have been trying to get a refund of the $100 we were charged for negligence on canceling our account and was told that it’s not the company’s fault, it’s the guy who canceled our memberships fault and they won’t issue a refund .... customers service at this company is NON EXISTENT.

I was a member March 2017 - March 2018. The equipment, classes and instructors were all very enjoyable. I had an issue with my trainer where he changed my other sessions to regular workout session, a big reason of why I joined during promotion was setting those goals, nutrition, and dieting, none of which I got. The manager caught it months after and apologized for the theft of services, offering to set me with a new trainer but I was already put off, $300 PT cancellation fee. Along with this, they were continuously drafting my account on the 1st although my contract stated the 15th in more than one place. My contract stated the charge would be $63.07, it was $63.08 and then eventually $63.19. It took multiple calls and attempts of going in to get everything sorted, I was told the increase in city tax means they had to raise my price, but that's not how a contract works. They ended up with an extra $.72 from me than stated in the contract and it was laughed off when I mentioned it. Overall, I'd find another location. Currently am using the K-State Rec and highly suggest.

A well equipped fitness center; tons of free weights, squat racks and bench press. "Cross fit" type fitness area in the back, with rope climb, tall "monkey bars", punching bag, more free weights. Many machines, from targeted muscle groups to cardio--stair climber, tread mill, eliptical, steppers. Nice locker room; has a sauna. Features group work out--yoga classes, spin. personal trainers are very educated and professional, but you have to pay them in addition to your monthly membership. I just wish that for the price i paid, i could get 2 or 3 free guest passes a month. But genesis is very good, and the hours are fantastic, and even the desk staff are great.

I really liked the east location but never liked the west side (dirty-machines and the machines not working). I tried to give a cancellation over the telephone but they refused to take it tell I came in to gym. Weeks later I went in to cancel. They made me sit and wait 20 minutes- the guy was in office alone. I was concerned about the flood water especially because it was dirty before.

The only reason I gave one star is because I couldn’t give zero stars. It’s all about business here. I have written communication of misleading information and promises they failed to honor in person. Do not sign the contract do not join this gym there are plenty of other options that hire Individuals with values and moral work ethics. You signed this contract they will hold you to it but they feel as though they do not have to honor their end of the contract. There will be a television camera there shortly and a potential class-action lawsuit. Oh yea. the employees will also talk to other customers about you and discuss personal information with other gym members.

Good variety of machines and free weight options. However, several trainers demonstrate lack of respect of patrons and gym rules. Be careful when signing up with them. Read all conditions and requirements. It is easy to sign up but they make it hard for you to leave. You have to give them one month ahead notification that you are going to leave. If you don't, they want you to pay for that month even if you don't go there anymore. There also once a year additional fee for who knows what. Overall, you get a feeling that you there to serve their needs not them for you as it should be.

the staff at this location has made it easy for me to fit in and adjust after having to relocate to Manhattan due to the Army. I enjoy having access to any and all of the amazing selection of classes offered, my favorite being early morning yoga. They have an abundance of equipment, so anytime of day that I go to work out, I have an available machine. The cleanliness of the locker rooms shows me that they really do care about the quality of their services. I am very glad that I signed up and became apart of the Genesis family.

I chose Geneis because it was one of the few gyms in the area that offer childcare. Well, really the only that I found. I really enjoy going to genesis because I don't have to worry about having to get a sitter for my tiny human. The enviroment makes me feel safe, the childcare staff is super awesome, and they make my daughter feel welcome. Being a military family, my husband is often not able to be home for us to switch off for gym time so that's huge for me. Most of the staff is pretty friendly. Which is super nice. If you have a question they are quick to help where they can. The gym is clean, affordable, and has great hours.

Called to inquiry about a short term membership while working in the area for a few months. Spoke with Anthony who was very short and unhelpful. I explained I currently live in KC and that I’ll be working in Manhattan. He would not give me pricing or contract lengths all he would say is “come in we can lay it out in front of you.” Called up Wildcat Fitness who “laid all the options out” over the phone and even offered me a 10 day no commitment free pass. Update: I appreciate the owner response however, my assignment ended a couple months ago. If you would like to make my experience better cease the repetitive calling it's literally everyday.

Great if your litterally looking for a health club it is packed with people and litterally 95% percent of them are there to socialize daily not to mention u will litterally be waiting in line for machines I was promised 1.5 years ago they were going to build a new facility with swimming pools gyms etc. never even heard of them as of breaking ground. Staff is organized and well maintained however I warn of the contracts you get into obviously weather your in a contract or not you have to give them 30 days notice of leaving just all around I went here for over a year and half really just disappointed in what it turned into.

She is extremely knowledgeable and has great people skills. She was also very flexible in setting up my training sessions when I had an illness in the family. The people at the front desk have all been very friendly as well.

I love the gym, just feel a little disappointed in that it took them so long to start building the new gym... when my wife and I joined 2 years ago that was one of their selling points. 2 years later the shut down the gym on the east side of town and have just started to break ground on the new gym.

Initially signed up because they spoke of getting a swimming pool within the next year; it's been almost 2. I also originally had a Max Fitness membership that was 25 a month but since Genesis bought them out Genesis now charges double that price; that's without any of there "premium inclusions". Constantly billing me on incorrect dates or billing me twice for the same month. Multiple occasions where I can't even start my set because the gym is too full. This place is actually pretty awful. They have a single person that answers financial questions for the entire store who's never available and hardly ever returns phone calls. The showers are pretty gross. I've never seen anyone come in and clean them correctly. The sauna is consistently too cold. These are just things that come off the top of my head but I'm definite that there are more. I wish I could give a lower rating but a 1 out of 5 will have to do.

The gym itself is nice and clean. That's the only nice thing I can say though. I had multiple bad experiences with the people managing the front desk and the membership services. I signed up in Jan but was never put in the system so I had to go through the sign up process all over again two months later when I realized that I would never be in the system. Every time I called the front desk they said they'd let the correct person know about my issue and then I never heard from anyone ever again. Finally I had left the city and called to cancel giving 1.5 months notice. The front desk told me I was all good and the membership would end at the end of my 6 months. Then I get charged for another month. I get transferred to a woman named Amy who told me nothing without me prying it out of her. I told her my whole story about how I was misinformed and wanted my money back for the month I was charged. She told me to go into the closest gym and cancel. Then I ask about the money back and she says well we need one months notice to cancel without a fee. I remind her that I did cancel and was told it was all taken care of. She gives me the same spiel so I got angry. Then she tells me to "calm down" and not take a tone with her. Finally we settle on if I show her a screen shot proving that I called with 1 months notice that I could get a refund. I got no apologies, no assurance that the desk staff would be trained better in the future, just sass. I went to the Lawrence north gym to finish up everything and had nothing but a pleasant experience with them.

The gym itself is great, trainers are awesome, but they have not stopped billing me after I cancel my membership. I have a signed contract saying I have paid off my contract and I will no longer have to pay them, but they still keep charging me. After contacting billing, and while showing them the contract, they told me they would keep billing me and they couldn't do anything about it. Ridiculous, beware anyone who joins, they'll force you to pay them for life.

Absolute worst gym for the money you pay. The staff is rude and really don’t care that they overcharge you every month and sometimes twice monthly. The gym is not military friendly and does not give exceptions for unexpected service obligations. I was called away for the Army for nearly five months, and because I didn’t give a 30 day notice, I had to spend over $200 when I didn’t use the gym once during that time. Will never have a Genesis membership again.

I have been with Genesis almost 2 years. Don't waste your money. I caught a great deal when I signed up. The indoor track was the seller. I signed up for personal training too. The location with the track was suddenly closed due to a real estate deal gone wrong. No notice, then I realize my then trainer had zero experience training people with existing disability or issues. We get told a new facility is being built, but I see no evidence of it anywhere. I wanted to suspend my account while I am recovering from a back injury and get told I have to pay anyway and they will " comp me" the missing time. I only have a couple months left apparently, but now I need to find my contract because it looks like they are mistaken on the end date too. The customer service helper ,Heather , today should not be customer service. Lousy attitude. Find a better place folks, the facility isn't anything to get excited about. Not family friendly, same ole equipment, no indoor track, and usually too crowded during peak hours. Personal training staff with limited experience.

Wish they had late night (830pm or later) intense cardio classes cause then I'd join, also wish they were open until 10 or 11 on Fridays but otherwise great place, great environment!

A big draw back is there are not Olympic bars at the facility in Manhattan, Kansas. Another thing that I'm not a fan of is the company has introduced different memberships. For the most part it isn't a big deal if you have an easy way to commute but certain locations in the Kansas City area and the Wichita area are not available to all members. You have to upgrade from "Gold" to "Super Sport," "Platinum," or "Premier" to use these facilities or pay a $5 a day fee. I think this is a ridiculous way to run a gym. When I originally signed up for a membership I was told my membership would be good at all locations. Thatbis no longer the case.

Clean gym, semi friendly staff..... they are a little Rude to each other which will prevent me from further renewing my contract. I recently observed one of their employees berating a seemingly mentally handicapped employee that was conducting cleaning work this particular day. If not handicapped, then the other employee is plain rude, because she was certainly nicer to the other employees at the counter that she had the very next conversation with. Shame on you Genesis. No more of my money will go to your gym in January, which I'm sure you won't care about, but maybe a reader or number of readers here will.

I really enjoy the club that is located in Manhattan, Kansas! While I appreciate the top-notch equipment that is provided, I find myself taking full advantage of the variety of classes that Genesis has to offer - each taught by qualified instructors. I make attending Genesis for fitness workouts a part of my daily routine as I attend classes 5 days a week before going to work each day: Monday - spinning with Barbie Anderson, Tuesday/Thursday - Power Chisel with Kelly Perkins and on Wednesday/Friday - Yoga class with Lane Hendricks. I would highly recommend this club to anyone wishing to stat a new fitness routine or continue with one as it has so much to offer!!!

If you are Looking for a place to work out do not waste your money here. YouTube can help you to be in good health and Shape without wasting your $52 a month. YMCA have a GYM, pool and Zumba class. I really regret joining this gym membership. This is not a negative comment this a helpful tips for those who wants to be in shape and do not get broke at the same time. If you want to socialize just going to the gym, church has a lot of that. This place I would also comment that the managers are very robotic and do not care about their customers. Not bad management because seems like the place is operating ok. However this place is a cold hearted place and not very friendly at all! The managers don’t care. Gym has terrible customer service. Push to sign 24 month contract for promotion, however, there was $200 cancellation penalty when you exit before 24 month. Have a situation to move to other state after 12 month and ask excuse. Not accepted. Don't sign stupid contract for long term since you will be stuck there forever. There is bunch of place you can use with very lower or little budget without commitment. You just waist your time and money here.

I agree with Dillon on his review. The managers are rude. That facility does have a wide variety if things, but if you can workout outside, Do It. Pay to go to the k-state rec. Its overly priced, and do not like how they run things now. Max Fitness was cool, simple, and the management was nicer. Told me the monthly payments were not going to come out of my bank account every month, that I can pay cash. Which was great since I am a waitresses and my income comes in as tips and cash. Well, they lied. It HAS to come out of you bank account. Which is a problem for me since I don't keep much money in my bank account. I've gone in the negatives twice because of this. I've tried changing it , they just sent me away. If I could cancel my membership I would, but I don't want to pay the cancelation fee. Not signing up after my contract is over .

I love that they have everything I need to shower after my workout so I don’t have to bring my own towel and shampoo! The child care is also a huge reason I’m at this gym! The care and the hours it is available is essential for me, as a mom of two littles! My almost three year old always gets excited about going to Kids Fit and I think it’s so great there is a class for her!

Be wary of what you are signing and giving them access to a bank account. They have a difficult time canceling memberships. Even after notification(s) willingness to pay cancellation penalty, they are still trying to withdraw membership fees.

Anthony is very unhelpful. If at all possible speak to a different manager. Other than that, the instructors clearly care about what they are doing and the facility is nice (except in the summer months when the temperature is just slightly below what it is outside.)

This place was horrible. It was always dirty, the floors were never swept and most of the time you couldn't get a clean towel. Classes would start 10-15 minutes late, but end at the regular time and the instructors were not impressive. I hated it and stopped going and joined a different gym in town. At the end of my contract I cancelled my membership, the following month they deducted money from my account. I called, let them know I cancelled and they argued with me. I was not interested in a fight, I did not argue the extra money and just asked it would get cancelled, the girl on the phone confirmed the cancellation. The next month they took money again, so I called and talked to a guy and explained that I cancelled my membership and should be off auto deduct, he transferred me to a women and she said we would get it taken care of. Month 3 they took money again, same story. I asked to be refunded as they were taking advantage of the situation. The women said no. I told her I have called every month and not fought you, I never even used the gym because it was so terrible and did not fight the contract I agreed to but I did not agree to them taking money each month after I canelled. She said she would talk to her boss and get back with me in 24 hours. Never heard back.... this place is a joke.

When The representative came out to our workplace he said that for one month you could pay $30 for that month. At no time did he say anything about a 1 year membership. Genesis health club failed to mention anything about a 12 month contract and when you ask to cancel after you explain the situation they want you to pay $275 for cancelation fee. If you want a good deal on a gym I suggest finding someone else other than Genesis health club. They will not work with you they will not help you out even after explaining that you do not have the money for full year membership

I have always loved genesis. I would just love to see more or better classes offered between 9-10am. I would love to try the group power, group groove and of those but they are only offered in the evenings. I work in the evenings so I can go to those. But I love it there.

I have had an on going dispute with this gym for a while now. I cancelled my membership with military orders back in July of last year and they have continued to bill me every month. They claimed that I never cancelled my membership even though I have proof that I did. I am unable to get almost a years worth of monthly payments wrongfully charged, back. I will not recommend this gym to anyone. I will in fact do the exact opposite.

They have good equipment and facilities. However, I went through 4 trainers in less than a year, and only 1 of them informed me that they were leaving prior to their departure. The others left without contacting me. I had to contact them personally, only to find out that they no longer worked there. There has been no contact from the staff to set me up with a trainer to complete the package that I already paid for. I was very disappointed with their personal training program and would not recommend it. That being said, if you already know what you are doing in a gym, they have nice facilities and you would be alright there.

Genesis Health Clubs is a complete 180 from Max Fitness. The price my wife and I paid for a Max Fitness membership was less than Genesis' fee, and yet Max had 24-hour access, all up-to-date and CLEAN equipment, and local, professional, friendly staff. Genesis costs more and has none of these. Recently my wife and I moved away, so before we left I went in to cancel our memberships. Thinking there might be a cancellation fee (I wouldn't know since we never got a new membership policy when the company switched over), I brought in my PCS orders thinking they might exclude me from the fee. The kid that helped me make the cancellation ensured me that there were no fees and there would be no other payment required for me or my wife's accounts. My wife just received a phone call yesterday saying we owe an additional month's payment because we didn't give them a 30 day notice that we were cancelling our membership. A 30 DAY NOTICE? You are a GYM not a landlord. I will do my best to make sure everyone I know still living in Manhattan or moving there does not join your club or is at least aware of what they are getting into. We definitely appreciated the great service, friendly professional staff, and the supportive small business that MAX FITNESS was during our 3 years in Manhattan. Thanks to Genesis Health Clubs for ruining a great thing.

Everyone is very welcoming. I love that the trainers and instructors are willing to assist when needed and know when to push just a bit more, in order for you to meet your goals! I also love the fact that they have extended hours (24 during weekdays) and that they also offer daycare options. All in all I have been very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this gym.

If you are military DO NOT sign up at this gym. They will misplace or say they never received your orders, once you quit paying they will have something posted to your credit report almost two years later. Luckily I was able to get it removed after months of fighting it because they said I owed 2600 and change for something I never was under contract for. There are better gyms in town.

Also, staff is not friendly and will put you on the back burner. Waited 4 hours for a phone call that I was told would had received in 30 mins.. had to call them and they told me I could not be refunded. BS!

The gym itself is nice BUT it's always retarded stupid busy, constantly waiting on machines to use.Parking SUCKS!! A normal 45 min workout will take you an hour and a half. The staff that work here get commission on each individual that they scam into signing a contract so they'll actually call you twice a day harassing you into joining. When you ask them to stop calling, they give your phone # to a different personal trainer and have them call you. The Contract is a JOKE...it's a scam that charges HIDDEN FEES. I signed up for a year contract expecting only $54 being taking out my checking account monthly, but that's not the case. I've been charged way over the limit multiple times. When I confronted the managers, I got absolutely NO help. Stay away from this place because the contract is LITERALLY SLAVERY. They also don't tell you that when your 1 year contract ends, it will automatically renew from month to month and if you want to cancel your membership you have to SIGN A WRITTEN 30 day notice in person. WTH!! Hello!! You're a gym, not my landlord!!!

Being that they only have one Manhattan location now, it can get super busy and super crowded. However, when it's not crazy busy, it's a great place to workout. I like having a wide range of machines and free weight stations. A lot of different muscle groups require multiple ways to work them and having a variety of machines/weight stations helps greatly. I also really enjoy having the availability that is currently offered via hours of operation. A gym that is too restrictive in its operating hours holds little appeal.

I like Genesis and what it has to offer. I usually can only work out late at night, so on Friday and Saturday it sucks since they close earlier. I like that they offer a variety of classes too. Oh AND they offer childcare for an extra fee, which was VERY HELPFUL before my youngest started school. The ladies that worked with the kids were awesome, I'm sure there's probably some new ones now but my son liked going there to play.

I really like this gym and everything it has to offer the trainers are friendly and help you out with whatever you need the classes I've taken like yin yoga, boot camp, and Zumba are a good way to get away from the machines and meet new people. overall experience has been great. I really recomned to take classes the instructors are great and will help you out if you're new to class. Yin Yoga on Sundays evenings is a great way to have a better mood for Monday and Tuesday boot camp helps you get motivated to go back the rest of the week to get your workout done.

I'm new to Genesis, only having a membership for almost two months now, and I'm already pleased with this gym. It's always uncomfortable starting up with a gym when you're out of shape and you're surrounded by fit, attractive people, but I've always felt welcome here. The staff is genuine and very present and available at all times and even the other members are friendly. It's definitely a comforting place to work out.

There is always a smiling, friendly face that says hello/goodbye when I enter/leave for the day! The environment is very comfortable, with great music and promotes great health supplements. My personal trainer, Ashlynn, is AMAZING. She focuses on tailoring perfect exercise routines, and pushes me to do my best. I would definitely recommend getting her as a trainer! You will not be disappointed.

The flood forced an update of all of the cardio equipment. But, still left all of the machine and free weight equipment untouched. Plate weights can be found scattered throughout the gym, little to no safety clamps available, no organization to free weights, and cable machines in need of repair or maintenance. I understand people should be putting weights away where they belong. But, lack of a "place" to put them leaves weights scattered about in no order.

When signing up, I was told I was doing a 1 year contract but then after I had to switch debit cards and told them I would come in to cancel my account cause I kept getting charged I was told it was a 3 year contract. Then with my husband he talked on the phone with someone and they said his account was canceled but it wasn’t. They aren’t great on communication.

Love how fast I can get in and out for a workout. Machines are awesome and the members range from super fit to elderly so I never feel like I'm out of my element. Other gyms are pretty intimidating. Here it feels comfortable.

This review is for the Manhattan,KS location. First, they are building a new facility which will probably be great but the current one is crowded and the AC is inadequate. Second, they won’t give you a membership price unless you come visit the facility and then you get the “hard sell”. Third, they don’t have any serious competition in town and are overpriced. If you have an alternative I suggest you check it out before going to the Genesis location. Watch out for their enrollment fees and sales tax, the final price out the door may be considerably higher than what they initially quote.

I'm decently satisfied with this gym. I think the equipment is in good condition and there's a wide array of machines and lifting apparatuses. The gym is super dusty so my allergies tend to be irritated when I'm working out. I wish there was more padded floor space, there's only room for 3 people at a time on the mats. The classes I've attended have all been pretty good. One thing I don't like about this gym is how pushy they were when I first joined about personal training. For an hour a week it would cost me $250/mo. on top of my membership fee and when I declined the trainer basically told me I couldn't reach my fitness goals without their services. I already had a bad taste in my mouth about it because I drug myself to the gym at 5:30 am to meet with a trainer for one of my free sessions and he never showed due to bad communication about the appointment. Overall, this gym does what I need it to but I think it could use some improvement.

I, too, am experiencing the Genesis scam that everyone is speaking of. RUN outside on the ice and it will be less painful than trying to cancel ...even on a month-to-month. They make it impossible and keep charging you hoping you will just let it go. Don't even try and give me an email to contact in response to this poor review. Me, and many others have been in the club multiple times and you should have tried to make things right at that time.

The environment is friendly and there is something for everyone on all fitness levels. The classes are fun (tabata is my favorite) and the instructors are nice. My personal trainer is awesome and knowledgeable in his field. I would and do recommend this place to friends!
