Went in to cancel my membership, had to argue with the lady and repeatedly tell her I wanted to cancel my membership. It wasn't until I got rude with her and said I was on a work break and that she was wasting my time, that she finally shut up and quit saying "no" and stopped harassing me. She even took out a calculator to tell me the kind of deal I was getting after I had said "no" 3 times. Unreal. I'm sorry, but if I say "please cancel my membership" I don't expect to be argued with and have to repeatedly tell them I want to cancel. Terrible experience.

You cant Cancel your 12 month contract early.. regardless of how often you go.. you have to stay in the contract. this seems ridiculous to me.

Great gym, been going here for over a year. Staff is friendly and helpful and other members have been nice. Gym is always clean and we'll organized.

I go for the dance cardio class which I love. The room they have for classes is really nice but the gym is very basic. Always clean but not much of a polished fit and finish or special features. It has the feel of a much larger hotel gym.

Great prices, nice staff & clean workout area & locker rooms. There are always enough machines/person but I usually go really early or really late. Classes are included in membership which isn't the case at most places, wanting to nickel & dime you. I have 24/7 access without paying an arm & a leg for the privilege.

Pretty much average Joe's gym. Not very intimidating. Lots of various cardio equipment on one side. Free weights on the other with wall between so not too much creepin. Lots of new machines too. Pretty cheap rates for what you get. Locker rooms have a sauna. 24/7 access.

I have worked out at Northland Fitness for 3-4 years. Very affordable memberships. The staff is amazing! The owner takes suggestions and often times adds requested equipment. They have several personal trainers & a number of classed you can participate in. And lastly, in my experience, most members (me included), will always help a fellow member. Need a spot... give me a shout. Highly recommended!

I had a membership for several years and ended up having to leave. There was an issue with my cancellation, but the owner Kurt was excellent to work with getting the issue resolved. Establishment and customer service gets two thumbs up.

As a long time member at Northland Fitness Club, I have to commend them on their FREE group fitness classes including ZUMBA and PILATES!!! The amazing instructors keep me motivated and energized!! I highly recommend trying out any of the classes!

Nice assortment of equipment. Usually not to busy when I get there and it is early, but find that a lot of the timethe locker room is somewhat dirty. Notice a lot of members that don't clean off equipment as well.

The gym is clean, 24hours, friendly staff and they have all the equipment needed for a good workout plus the price is pretty decent. My fav gym in the area

Great equipment in the newly expanded weightlifting side of the building, 24/7 convenience and friendly staff. Locker rooms feature a sauna, showers and lockers. Perfect size and right off Blairs Ferry!

We spend allot of time at the gym sometimes the other members say we should put a bed there..well it is like a family..you should check them out!

Equipment too crowded together. Never anyone to answer questions or give direction. Now seems to be geared to body builders more than the average person looking to better their health.

Very clean and reasonable member fees. Some equipment are little older. Wish they would have zumba classes.

24 hours fits my needs there is almost always at least one person working out there. Which is nice in case you need help. Most of the people who work out here are pretty friendly

If your a women I would not go here. The owner and staff doesn't seem to care about the safety of the members at the gym. If you have any problems good luck getting help or even anyone working here even careing about you at all. They just want your money. They seem to care less about your health. As the owner told me. If the men at the gym are being inappropriate it's your own problem. Deal with it. Spend the money and go somewhere that will do the right thing for your safety and health.

Great gym. Lots of space with a recently expanded free weights area. Very well kept up, excellent membership price and a responsive staff. 24/7 access is another great perk. Plentiful cardio and weight equipment.

This place has tried to charge me after cancellation I was a member a full year and they I noticed first month and cancelled card went to renew found out they tried to charge me for a whole year after not they say I owe them money bs tried to resolve problem 4 times no call back and bad customer service 2 many gyms in town to let this joker get over on me CUSTOME FITNESS HERE I COME!!!!!
