I've enjoyed working out at Top Shape South CR. There is plenty of equipment to exercise each muscle group. It's clean, and there is a great crossfit area, not to mention a pool. The staff is great!

The staff is very rude, they seem to be bothered by you most of the time. I was also lied to about the cost of my membership, and once I found out how much it really was I was informed I could not get a refund of over $400 i had already paid

This is more then a place to workout. The Trainers are top notch wanting the best for us. As well the morning crowd people are helpful to each other and encouraging to o e another. Lots of equipment and great classes. Trainers go out of their way and go the extra mile to help people be happy and healthy.

Sauna, Pool, Hot Tube, Classes and great equipment. Everything you need is at this gym. The employees here are welcoming and friendly.

Love the equipment and classes here. Plenty of options for everyone and they're open late which is perfect for me. Wish the front desk team was a bit friendlier. Sometimes they're buried in their phone or too busy chatting with each other to greet the guests. Not a huge deal but I notice it.

Great gym. Has good equipment including leg extension leg curl calf raise. Large space great variety of equipment from machines to free weights. Highly recommend for both beginners to competition level athletes.

I've been at this gym for 4 years and I love it! Staff are friendly, classes are great, lots of great equipment. The only thing I don't like is Fox News on all day. It stress me out...but I try to ignore it.

Very clean and great value. I've been a member of gyms in Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis... None of them match this place. Their experts like Nate will help you reach the level of fitness you are dedicated to attain.

The Gym itself is great! The New Owners however seem to be in it for themself!! It's too bad , Northland Gym management cared about their members, this Top Gym does not.

Really nice size gym, staff are friendly, never had to wait for a cardio machine, and things are always clean. My only issue is that its not 24hours and the price compared to other local gyms.

Love this gym. They are constantly looking for improvements. ..the staff is extremely friendly and the instructors call you by name after only attending class a few times! Do yourself a favor. ...try this gym if working out is an important part of your overall well being

Went in for a tour and the staff where very friendly. Not for a beginner on the weight floor but they have a very nice variety of equipment. Tanning isnt worth the upgrade though and on top of your membership you have to pay to use a locker. Odd

Good variety of equipment, clean locker rooms and excersize areas, a wet and dry sauna combo, a pool, and a hot tub. They offer group training and tanning, locker rentals, towel service, and physical rehabilitation services. A very well rounded gym with (usually) friendly faces to help.

The steam room and sauna are neglected beyond belief and have large quantities of visible mold. If only one of the ten employees up front mingling could pick up a mop and bucket for 20 minutes twice a day. I have had a memebership with three other local gyms that have a sauna and or steam room and never have I seen one so filthy as”Top Shape/Aspen/Active Edge it doesn’t matter who the owner is or what they call the place it is and always will be a dirty poorly run facility I literally drive miles out of the way to attend a different gym despite living minutes from this fart box.

Clean, good gym with a ton of choices for working out. My bestie and I started out upstairs, using their ellipticals, and then later switching over to their treadmills. I love ellipticals! This one was clean and smooth, easy to use and adjust to the type of workout I wanted. The treadmill also was easy and smooth! Then, we went downstairs and talked to some of the trainers for a bit. They were nice, funny people that were welcoming and sweet. They recommended a few machines we could use, based on what we mentioned we wanted to accomplish. We went and used the machines, wound up getting such a great workout!! Then, the best part was going and sitting in the hot tub! It was comfy, perfectly hot, and easy to turn the bubbles back on.

They have nothing special there to be charging what they charge. When you go to cancel your membership. They like to charge you for 2 months after the fact. EVEN IF YOU COMPLETE YOUR CONTRACT. Then they have the most horrible customer service I have ever witnessed. I will never refer this place to anyone I know. What a waste of money for a year!!!
