Great workout for sure. Competent staff. Fun. But watch your credit card info! Once they get your credit card they just keep whacking you. Even if you go there personally and tell the manager that you won't be coming in because of an injury. They just keep hitting your credit card. "It's our policy." I was told. I won't be back.

I like that you get a full body workout that is fun and challenging, but you can go at your own pace. I like the different instructors that all bring their own unique training to the classes!

After providing a doctor's note expressing medical concerns and needing to cancel the membership, all they did was put it on hold for 3 months and then proceeded to continue charging me after the 3 months was up. 6 months fighting this and I'm going to be getting a lawyer to handle this. Also this isn't a boxing club, it's a fitness club with small amounts of boxing elements. There's no ring, no physical contact, and it's completely absent of anything that has to do with the spirit of boxing. Once I've finally settled this I never want to have anything to do with Title again, and I'm warning my friends and family about their shady and horrible business practices. Doesn't matter if you have medical concerns, you're stuck with them for a year if you take the year membership

The workouts are great for any level of fitness. No workout is ever the same. The staff is the best I’ve ever come across. They keep the energy up and the techniques they teach are spot on. Forget about the giant fitness center, this is the place to get energized!
