I started going to Roc Gym to train under Russ O'Connell. I hadn't seriously been to a gym in 10 years (since high school) but wanted to get back into martial arts. I had heard good things about O'Connell and was not disappointed. This is a gym, not a fitness center. There are more weights than treadmills. I consider this a good thing. If you're thinking about joining, don't let that intimidate you.

Best Fitness Center in town!

I tired this gym while I was home for the summer and I love it! Russ and Kristi will have you in shape in no time! Everyone has made me feel so comfortable too. My only suggestion is that they sweep/sanitize the mats a little more and the showers could use a little TLC. Can't wait to return!
