The staff here is amazing. Kate Bargman is the reason that I joined the gym and is the reason I still suggest this gym to anyone that I meet. Gym's and classes can be very intimidating especially to someone that is overweight. This gym supports everyone that comes in and works hard. I was often the last one done and everyone in the class was standing behind me offering supportive words until I finished. At no point did anyone ever at the gym make me feel as though I was being judged because I was not as fit as they are or couldn't lift as much as they could. You can't find a better place to join.

I never felt comfortable in a gym until I visited this one. People just come in and do their own thing or attend classes without judgment. A variety of fitness levels and body types. All the basic equipment you need for a heart-pumping workout. Shantelle was my trainer and she built an ever-changing variety of workouts that pushed but didn't hurt me. Bonus: a mellow gym dog. Minus: sometimes the little kids run around like they own the gym.
