This place is awesome, I am happy to called it home, the programming is excellent, they have a weightlifting program, regular CrossFit classes, advance (competition classes) and kids classes. James and his coaches are excellent, full of knowledge and extremely patients. I have been doing CrossFit for 3 years now and this place push me to my limits!

From the people to the coaching to the programming- the best of the best! :) Whether you are a beginner (that’s me!) to skilled you will be challenged and motivated to “Brave” the workout. Such a great community - so much more than just your typical gym environment! There are so many different options from One hour small class workouts, Olympic Weightlifting, Sports Performance for kids and Personal Training. There is also in-house Physical Therapy and Massage therapy to recover and keep your body healthy and moving! Family friendly too with a kids area to keep the kiddos safe while mom and dad work out.
