Whether you are looking to start a new fitness routine or continue an active lifestyle Studio Burn 360 is the place to go. Kate and her staff provide a fun,welcoming atmosphere. All levels are welcome and during class they offer motivation, personal assistance, encouragement, and modifications for personal injuries and needs. The barre and yoga classes are a great addition to my strength training and I am excited for their new cycling classes! I have truly found my fitness family at Studio Burn 360!

If you are wanting to continue to work out or start working out while having fun, this is your place! The instructors all have a different style and are encouraging and upbeat! So glad I joined and love that each class there is no routine - always something different!!

Burn Studio offers a variety of different yoga classes as well as strength training and cycling. Kate is an amazing instructor and I would recommend Burn 360 to anyone wanting to get healthier.
