There's a lot of potential here, but I would recommend you workout here 3-4 times before you sign up. When I was here there were a lot of things that needed updating. The pull up bars ben under 180 lbs of pressure. The treadmills skip, a lot when I would run on them. The carpeting in the men's room needs to go.

Good gym, has a completely redone basketball court and loads of cardio equipment. Has mostly everything for both beginner and intermediate weightlifting. Has great strength trainers that can help with general to sport specific training. Only problem with this gym is it has very few squat racks. Overall a very clean and well equipped fitness center.

As a member, I really enjoy the equipment and facilities. The staff are cordial and run the club well. There are many extra benefits available at premium prices. The basic membership price is competitive in the market, though not exactly budget friendly. Overall, I'm satisfied and recommend the club to others. Enjoy!

Good club, I've been a member off and on for 10 years. They've updated some of the equipment and the carpeting in the locker room recently. My biggest complaint is the small size of the shower towels. It may seem trivial, but they really are uncomfortable and the biggest competitor in town has giant, comfortable towels. Seems like a small thing to change and would be a big improvement. Also, I'll chime in on the hot tub "cleanliness". One night I was showering and heard someone clearing their throat/nose and spitting in the hot tub. When I got out of the shower I peaked over at the hot tub and was surprised to see it was an employee of the club. Just nasty. I don't use that one. As far as I know the one next to the pool is clean.

I like hot tub. Soak in it I do. Sometimes more. I play basketball in court too, nice court, balsa wood I think. Great ball bouncing surface. I find the teenage workers to be friendly and skilled in their positions. I give this place 20 noodles.

Best time to workout is between 12-4p there is hardly anybody their. They just updated a lot of their equipment and it's a great place to get a well rounded workout. Just an FYI, If you go later at night and want to use the locker room facilities. IE Steam room/Sauna there always seems to be some weird dudes in their.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I booked a massage and I arrive to my appointment only to hear the massage therapist is not here and no one can get ahold of her. I was told to wait which I did for 30 minutes with no updates and no one apologized to me once for the inconvenience. It was a situation handled so poorly I couldn't believe it. Do not book a massage here, save yourself the time and disappointment and go to a salon that treats their clients and customers with respect. Oh and shows up to work when they have appointments.

This place is great. 4 stars because you are limited to IHRSA centers when out of town traveling. Prairie Life only has locations in the Midwest.

If I could I would give this place a zero. Went there to Try out there gym. Got 140$ in cash stolen out of my wallet and the way the stuff is acting I’m pretty sure is was someone in there staff. I would stay away from this place if you have kids or are any other race then white. After the whole deal with my money stole they had the audacity to say we were there to long with my son. Also lied and said that we left our son unsupervised asked to see the cameras that they have outside and guess what they can’t.. This place is Run by Thieves and Racist There General Manger Debbie was rude and unhelpful. Didn’t even wanna talk about the issue about my money stole all they wanted to say is that my son this and my son this go anywhere else besides this place this place is not for people of color Stay Away From this place this bunch of racist Even there own employees were saying it wasn’t cool the way there were acting they have a lifeguard who is skinny with glasses about 5’10 who sid that the lifeguard before him told him to keep a eye on us because we were there too long. He said it was weird that she had said that which she was older with blonde hair. And when my money when missing the kid who working in the towel place they said have theft there multiple times wallets money and a pair of beats headphones. So people go to a different gym this place is not for family’s and sure is not a friendly place to come

I can say from someone who has lived all around the world, is an executive and business owner I have never been treated so rudely as I was by the GM Debbie and her staff. Your a number a Prairie Life not a client or future client. They have the worst PR I've seen in a business ever and I was hung up on by their GM Debbie. DO NOT GO TO PRAIRIE LIFE.. MAKE THE EXTRA DRIVE AND GO TO LIFETIME FITNESS or heck the YMCA would likely give better service than the staff and management at Prairie Life. THUMBS DOWN. WARNING

If you decide to ignore the reviews and go to this gym anyway, be sure to try it at different times of the day. Completely adequate gym during the day, but they lock up portions at night, and the place is over-run by high-school students hanging out. Additionally, they failed to off the services I was paying for, but still charged an early termination fee. Go somewhere else.

They have 1 of 3 issues going on in this club. Either the employees are incompetent and tell members just things they want to hear, the employees outright lie to members to get them to stay, or the GM Deb lies to her members to get there money. I don't know which of these is going on but it needs fixed fast. Also for the love of god clean your "whirlpool" everytime I used it I would get sick. For the rate your members pay here your gym should be just as clean as lifetime. In all honesty just go to lifetime it's worth the extra cost

Been working out here for almost a month. I am new to the whole gym idea but they made it very easy to feel comfortable. The trainers are great and will help you get started on the machines based on your goals. People are friendly and although it can be busy at times I have never had to wait to use a machine more than a minute or two.
