Was charged $101 for my $58 membership. I had suspended my account trying to cut costs around the holidays and came back in January. Apparently they charged me extra for coming back "early". As far as I knew mine started again in January 2019 and no one ever told me anything about being charged extra or that I was early! Terrible customer service when I called to asked about the charge. Didn't seem to care about my concerns at all.

Maddie Bosworth has been my husband and Is trainer for the last 8-10 weeks and we have absolutely loved it! One of the main things we needed help with was form and she is constantly making sure our form is correct for every exercise we do to avoid any injuries. She is definitely a trainer we have felt comfortable with and are able to ask any question that we have regarding the workouts and she answers with confidence and knows what she is talking about! The workouts have been focused on muscle growth and fat burning (due to our request)- she keeps it interesting and we use a mixture of free weights, machines and body weight! Maddie truly listens to what your goals are and makes sure your workout helps you achieve that . I love the way she sets up our workouts to hit on a little bit of every muscle group. I have noticed more muscle growth since the first say we started and definitely better form in my workouts. I truly recommend Maddie to anyone looking to get a fun and challenging workout!

The minute I heard the words “warm water therapy pool“, I canceled my membership at the Y and joined this fitness center. Wonderful place with the regular pool, huge jam machine room, walking track, hot tub and nice locker rooms. I paid a little extra to get a fitness assessment when I started, let’s just say that I have a ways to go!

Our monthly membership fee was just increased by $60. Pool hours have been drastically decreased. Management keeps promising that it will get better, but, pretty sure we were just getting strung along for a few more months of membership fees.

I work out here 3-4 times a week. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lately a lot of equipment seems to be out of order which reduced my rating from 5 stars to 4.

Great facility. Good machines and plenty even during the busy times. 25m lap pool with 4 lanes and rarely crowded. Best thing is that I never see children there. No crying whining getting on the machines for two minutes being unsupervised.

Please note this is only in regards to the weight loss center. I made an appointment to see what services the weight loss center offers. I met with a woman who explained the services to me. She was friendly, personable, and helpful. She was not judgmental at all, and she made me feel like I could really get good help there. She answered all of my questions, and when I asked, she referred me to a mental health professional who deals specifically with obesity, which led me to finding my new therapist, whom I adore. I have not returned to use any of their services, but I intend to.
