I've never been one to enjoy working out until I joined Krave Gym. They push you, the coaches are great, and it's a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone is encouraging and they actually teach you the workouts to make sure you know what you're doing! Definitely stop by Krave and join, you won't regret it!

Krave gym is more than a gym. The classes give you a great workout every time. Enough cannot be said about the coaches. Every coach knows your name and the time you usually come they also push to get out of your comfort zone and try something you may not think you can do, they know you can. Krave also offers nutrition counseling they take all your fitness goals into consideration when working out a plan that best fits. Krave is more than a gym it is a community, they encourage members to talk to everyone in the classes and get to know them, join them on outings that Krave sponsors throughout the year. They also have so many volunteer events throughout the year. Krave is a great place for an amazing workout and meeting new people.

Krave has such a fun atmosphere and is meant for people who want to work hard and see real results! The trainers are awesome! Definitely worth joining or at least stopping in to try a class! You wont regret it!!

This gym was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. My own workouts were becoming mundane, and I wasn’t getting much out of them. Krave Gym has provided me with the change I’ve needed. It provides 60 minutes of fun, high intensity, high impact workouts that are never the same. They have great coaches looking to push you but who also like to have fun. The coaches are very knowledgeable and always welcoming. Great place and great people!

Really happy that Krave Gym is opening a new gym in Waukee. What Tyler and his team have brought to West Des Moines & Waukee is a welcomed change in the fitness community.
