Family owned gym with a welcoming family atmosphere. The personal trainers are amazing, and all different in helping you reach your goals. Nice lounge area to relax in. Showers available if you need them. The infrared sauna feels amazing after a workout. Even expanded into some cross fit equipment. Don't forget a smoothie when you leave. Many delicious flavors woth sugar free options if needed.

When me and the wife moved to clinton we decided to check this place out. Not a bad little gym. Good selection of free weights and benches. Price wasn't bad. My only complaint is they have a two person sauna which is over due for an upgrade expecially with how many people want to use it.

Night time manager very rude. We were staying at the hotel next to the gym and parked using their parking lot because we had a trailer on drag week. Made us all move for no reason and was a complete jerk about the situation.

Great place. Only 24 hr gym in area. 6+ squat racks, dumbells up to 150 lbs, both incline and decline benches, cardio area, boxing area, room for sled push/pull, battle ropes and more. Owner is nice and prices are more than fair.

Been going here for awhile now. I don’t have anything to complain about. There is always places to park, the staff is friendly and approachable, They keep it clean. Overall a great place to work on your goals.
