This was an economical way to rent a gym to play basketball for a birthday. I'd recommend taking the time to sweep the floor before using, it was quit slippery/ dusty, but we would rent the place again for sure!

Really enjoy being a member here. Large selection of exercise equipment. Tons of options for free weights and cardio workouts. This place is good for MMA training too.

A place to workout privately, very clean and all the equiment available for different exercises. Just perfect. I do my circuit training on my own for an hour for rehabilitation.
