Great 24 hour location of the Fitness World gym. I am here at least 4 days a week. Best gym in the Des Moines area.

Showers look like they never get clean especially the wet sauna. The wet sauna has had mud on the floor for the last 3 weeks. I also never got my 2nd day of free personal training that they promised me. Price is a little pricey too, for what theyoffer. They NEVER have white tiny towels in the locker rooms when they are suppose too. I go to the gym at 6 am everyday and these are the problems I run into, on a daily basis. If I could break my contract, I would.

Great place to exercise. Plenty of weights, cardio equipment. Kept up well. All new. Clean. Never too busy to not get what you need to do done. Lots of options to change things up. Great free WiFi. Great locker rooms. My only gripes are, it's a bit pricey and they don't offer much for class times, and free towel service should really be included for the money.

They need more leg equipment and it could be a little warmer, but other than that it's really nice.

Great gym. Ample amount of equipment, in both cardio and free weight sections. More than 2 squat racks, which is the unfortunate standard nowadays, (5 I believe). As well as clean and up to date lifting equipment, plenty of dumbbells, and deadlift plates and stands. Everything you need for heavy lifting to straight cardio work. Almost forgot to mention there are 2 locations, the other has a pool. I have never been but I assume it’s ran the same. Last but not least, excellent staff all around! If I still lived in the area I would be going here.

The parking lot is terrible. It should be directional and have angled parking stalls. I hope next time they need the lines repainted they paint them diagonal and make every one's life easier.
