Absolutely love Farrell’s. I signed up in June 2018 for the 10 week FXB session. I wasn’t sure I was able to handle the intensity of the program but all of the members were so willing to help and my coach was amazing at keeping me accountable. The nutritional coaching and guided workouts led to my success. I won the ten week session and lost 30 pounds and 18 inches but even more than that I gained confidence, self-esteem and lasting friendships. My husband joined during the next ten week session and saw the same results. Weight loss he didn’t think was possible. The people at the Beaverdale location make this more like family and always support each other. Pairing that with a program that works makes this location and this program unbeatable.

Over the last 15 years, Farrell's has re-shaped the lives of our entire family, from when our sons first started tae kwon do (through first and fourth dans) to us as adults (fourth and fifth dans in tae kwon do and regular FIT members).
