Owned and operated by Bobby and Kady, they really do a fantastic job creating the programming. The programming is what has kept me coming back for years. Bobby gives great advice both on the amount of weight to use, and how to adjust your form. This place does a great job regardless of fitness level, anyone can work out here.
The atmosphere is quite refreshing from a traditional gym, everyone is friendly, encouraging, like minded, and the determination is quite infectious. You'll likely get to know everyone that works out during your slotted time, which makes it more fun and helps people to show up more often.
The open gym format is a bit different from regular crossfit gyms, people are free to start at different times, as well as to do a their own workout within the allotted time period, though most people start around the same time and do the same program because it's that good.
I was hesitant when I started because of the price and time commitment but going to 515 is very time effective and absolutely worth the cost. As I became more enthusiastic, and got in the best shape of my life, my wife very hesitantly tried the gym as well. She was just a few months postpartum and bored of the traditional running/lifting workouts we had been doing.
We both agree that we're hooked and will be here for the foreseeable future.
