The absolute worst customer service I have ever delt with. Do not ever sign anything with these manipulative people. Charged rediculousluly for a nasty dirty gym. Then try to set a personal training appointment and the girl no shows. Call and talk to whoever "Abe" is and will not do anything to make things right. They make it sound like such a good deal and a good gym and it is in reality a COMPLETE joke.

I ended up getting a free 6 month membership here and I’m glad I did! I will be continuing my membership once that expires, this gym is clean and the people are friendly. Great place to get your workout in and open 24 hours is a plus.

I am from out of town and needed a place to work out for one night, I called and asked if that would be all right, they said it would be no problems and there would be no fees, I arrived and was informed that I was going to be charged for a membership, Which I would have been OK with if I had known ahead of time but like I said I called and was told it would be free

Can never get ahold of anyone when calling in. Also was told one thing by a person from membership and he never followed through and I couldnt get ahold of anyone to fix it! Terrible service.

I love Jeremiah and John who runs Aspen on Fleur. They are both great guys, super professional, and are awesome personal trainers. This gym has a variety of machines and weights and nice bathrooms for changing. Highly recommend.
