This place is beautiful and perfect size. Lots of giant windows with a great view of downtown and the ball park. Top of the line equipment, clean and great atmosphere!! Members are friendly and this is just the place you WANT to workout at!

As someone who travels for a living, constantly in and out of unfamiliar facilities; I can honestly say that this was overall one of the best workout experiences I have ever had. Not only was the gym itself in phenomenal condition, the staff was second to none when It came to politeness and assisting with my fitness needs. I will absolutely be back the next time I am in Des Moines. Highly recommend it!

No locker room, just cubicles in the main floor. They had a join for $1 special, I went in to check the place out and the employee never mentioned the special, he tried to charge me $85 to join. I joined Planet Fitness for $10 a month.

Great variety, good location. Parking is free in lot after you get a ticket validated for free for 2 hours. Not exactly kid friendly, more for people only working out. Only open to guests during hours of operations and after speaking to a trainer. Ask for Tyler, he can answer any question.

This is by far the nicest Anytime I’ve been to. Many of these locations feel overcrowded and cramped, but the downtown dsm location is very spacious and clean. Hunter and Tyler provide a very friendly environment and are always making members feel welcome.

Great location Downtown! Right on the Corner of 3rd and MLK next to the Baseball Stadium! Great views, modern equipment, classes, free parking, really nice tanning beds. The place is really clean and has very helpful staff! A must visit.

It’s not Lifetime Fitness like you will find on the other side of town, but for the price, the amenities and facilities are excellent. The gym is well maintained and rumor is, it will be expanding soon!

This place is awesome. I’ve never seen an Anytime fitness this cool. Great layout, friendly and helpful staff, clean, good music and lighting. Sweet retro building too. This beats any LA fitness I’ve been to (although there aren’t any in Des Moines I’m just visiting for work)

The Downtown Anytime Fitness is the best location I have been to yet! The place is really clean, has great equipment, and amazing large windows with terrific views of the city. Also, they have a lot of bathrooms and the best tanning beds I've used in an Anytime yet.

Stair master was down recently and yoga room could be a little cleaner but overall it's the biggest anytime I've seen. Great view and location.
