I have nothing but positive things to say about this CrossFit affiliate. The owners, Cliff & Nikki, have done a great job creating a family environment. No one has an ego, and we all push each other to be better today than we were yesterday. They do a great job with programming so we are never doing the same work out twice and they keep things balanced. The coaches are great at instructing proper form and technique and they are quick to provide encouragement during the WOD. If you are tired of the same routine of going to the Y or Anytime Fitness but not actually see any progress, you need to try CrossFit. The community provides encouragement, support and accountability that you will not find anywhere else. Give us a try for a week, you will be glad you did!
